Value for money
AOne plan, $15 a user a month, with every feature, unlimited contacts and pipelines and 25 GB of storage each. Paid CRMs here start at about $24 in the middle, and most hold things back for dearer tiers. No discount for paying yearly, mind.
BOne plan, $24.90 a licence a month on yearly billing or $29.90 month to month. That's about the going rate for a CRM, and nothing is held back for a dearer tier: sequences, email marketing, web forms and Prospector are all in. Past 25,000 contacts, each extra 10,000 is $10 a month.
Free plan and trial
CNo free plan. The trial is 30 days with no feature limits and no credit card, which is about as fair as trials get. After that it's $15 a user.
CNo free plan. There's a 14-day trial, though our listing can't say whether it wants a card. When it runs out the account is locked, then deleted 60 days later.
Features
BContact pages with notes, files and logged emails, unlimited pipelines, follow-up tasks, a morning agenda email, forms and reports. Solid basics, kept simple on purpose. The vendor suggests staying under about 50,000 contacts and companies, so it isn't built for huge databases.
AContacts that enrich themselves with social and company data, deal pipelines with forecasts, Kanban workflows, email sequences, marketing emails with open tracking, web forms and web chat. That's a full kit for a small team. Email sync needs Google, Microsoft 365 or IMAP.
Ease of use
BThere's no App Store rating on record for it, so a B is our ceiling. One plan means there's nothing to compare, and phone and email support is free if you get stuck.
B4.49 from about 620 App Store ratings, a whisker under an A. It works inside Gmail, Outlook and Microsoft Teams, so the CRM comes to where you already are.
Platforms and integrations
BIt runs in a browser on any device, with no downloads, and no native apps are listed. It syncs with Google and Outlook calendars, logs email from Google, Microsoft or IMAP, and connects to Mailchimp and Zapier. There's an API too.
AWeb, iPhone, Android and the Prospector browser extension. It works with Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook, Microsoft 365, Teams, LinkedIn, Mailchimp and Zapier, and there's an API.
