How we grade them

Value for money
AOne plan, $15 a user a month, with every feature, unlimited contacts and pipelines and 25 GB of storage each. Paid CRMs here start at about $24 in the middle, and most hold things back for dearer tiers. No discount for paying yearly, mind.
AStandard is $14 a person a month on yearly billing, when paid CRMs here start at about $23 in the middle. And it's not a stripped plan: workflows, cadences, forecasting and AI agents are in. Pay monthly and it's $20, mind.
Free plan and trial
CNo free plan. The trial is 30 days with no feature limits and no credit card, which is about as fair as trials get. After that it's $15 a user.
AFree for up to 3 users with 5,000 records, 1 GB of files, lead, contact and deal management and the phone apps. No card needed. A tiny team could sit here for years. You only get 5 workflow automations and the standard reports, though.
Features
BContact pages with notes, files and logged emails, unlimited pipelines, follow-up tasks, a morning agenda email, forms and reports. Solid basics, kept simple on purpose. The vendor suggests staying under about 50,000 contacts and companies, so it isn't built for huge databases.
ALeads, contacts and deals, workflows, follow-up cadences, forecasting, dashboards, the Zia AI assistant and record pages you can redesign without code. Quoting and inventory arrive on Professional, territories and customer portals on Enterprise.
Ease of use
BThere's no App Store rating on record for it, so a B is our ceiling. One plan means there's nothing to compare, and phone and email support is free if you get stuck.
B4.4 from about 2,700 App Store ratings, which is a B on our ladder. The phone apps add and edit records offline and sync when you're back online, and they'll scan a business card for you.
Platforms and integrations
BIt runs in a browser on any device, with no downloads, and no native apps are listed. It syncs with Google and Outlook calendars, logs email from Google, Microsoft or IMAP, and connects to Mailchimp and Zapier. There's an API too.
AWeb, iPhone, iPad and Android. It connects to Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Teams, Zoom, Mailchimp, QuickBooks and Zapier, and there's an API. No desktop app, but a CRM is happy enough in a browser tab.
