How we grade them

Value for money
AOne plan, $15 a user a month, with every feature, unlimited contacts and pipelines and 25 GB of storage each. Paid CRMs here start at about $24 in the middle, and most hold things back for dearer tiers. No discount for paying yearly, mind.
AProfessional is $9.95 a user a month on yearly billing, with unlimited contacts, deals and custom fields and no paid add-ons. Paid CRMs here start at about $23 in the middle. Even Max, the top plan, is $29.95. Pay monthly and it's $15, mind.
Free plan and trial
CNo free plan. The trial is 30 days with no feature limits and no credit card, which is about as fair as trials get. After that it's $15 a user.
CNo free plan. The trial is 21 days with no card, a week longer than the usual 14. After that you're paying.
Features
BContact pages with notes, files and logged emails, unlimited pipelines, follow-up tasks, a morning agenda email, forms and reports. Solid basics, kept simple on purpose. The vendor suggests staying under about 50,000 contacts and companies, so it isn't built for huge databases.
AThe Action Stream sorts contacts by next follow-up, and there's a kanban pipeline with a forecast view, two-way email sync, bulk email, automations, quotes, an AI that sums up a contact and a route planner on the phone. For a small sales team that's the job done. Sequences are on Max only.
Ease of use
BThere's no App Store rating on record for it, so a B is our ceiling. One plan means there's nothing to compare, and phone and email support is free if you get stuck.
A4.77 from about 380 App Store ratings, an A. The idea fits in a sentence: red is overdue, orange is today, grey can wait. Focus Mode hides everything that isn't due.
Platforms and integrations
BIt runs in a browser on any device, with no downloads, and no native apps are listed. It syncs with Google and Outlook calendars, logs email from Google, Microsoft or IMAP, and connects to Mailchimp and Zapier. There's an API too.
AWeb, iPhone, Android and a browser extension. It connects to Gmail, Outlook, WhatsApp, Mailchimp, QuickBooks and Aircall, has an API, and links to AI agents like Claude and ChatGPT through MCP on every plan.
