Worth knowing

Nimble

  • There is no free plan; an expired trial account is locked, then deleted 60 days after the trial ends.
  • An account is limited to 25,000 contacts and 2 GB of storage per seat; each extra 10,000 contacts or 10 GB costs $10 a month.
  • Email sync needs Google, Microsoft 365 or IMAP; POP3 and hosted Exchange accounts are not supported.
  • Nimble does not give refunds, and an annual plan can be switched to monthly only in its final month.

OnePageCRM

  • There is no free plan, only a 21-day trial.
  • Professional is limited to one sales pipeline and lacks email open tracking, scheduling and user permissions.
  • Email sequences and unlimited pipelines are only on Max; monthly billing costs $15, $29 and $45 per user.
  • Prices exclude VAT, which is charged to EU customers without a valid VAT number.

Key features

Nimble

Contact management and enrichment
Contacts are organized into lists and automatically enriched with social profiles and company data, with email and calendar history kept on each record.
Prospector browser extension
Prospector shows contact profiles and communication history on LinkedIn, in the inbox or elsewhere on the web, and can generate outreach messages with AI.
Deals and workflow boards
Deals move through customizable pipelines with sales forecasting reports, and workflow templates track other processes on Kanban boards or lists.
Sequences and email marketing
Tracked group emails, automated email sequences, templates and marketing campaigns are sent from your own business email, with open and click tracking.
Web forms and web chat
Web forms create CRM contacts on submission and can trigger a nurture sequence, and web chat lets a team talk to website visitors in real time.
Works in Gmail, Outlook and on mobile
Nimble can be used inside Gmail, Outlook and Microsoft Teams, and has mobile apps for iOS and Android.

OnePageCRM

Action Stream and Next Actions
Contacts are listed by their next follow-up: red is overdue or ASAP, orange is due today and gray is later. Focus Mode hides everything that is not due.
Kanban sales pipeline
Deals move through customizable stages on a kanban board with a forecast view. Professional has one pipeline, Business ten, and Max unlimited.
Email sync and bulk sending
Two-way email sync and personalized bulk email are on every plan, from 250 a day. Open tracking and scheduling start on Business; sequences are on Max only.
Autoflows automation
Workflow automations called Autoflows are capped at 15 on Professional and 30 on Business, and are unlimited on Max.
Mobile CRM
Native Android and iOS apps include a speed dialer, a business card scanner with a monthly scan allowance and a route planner for visiting contacts.
AI assistant and MCP
An AI assistant summarizes any contact page, and a Model Context Protocol connection links the CRM to AI agents such as Claude and ChatGPT. Both are on every plan.
