Zenphi is a no-code workflow automation platform built around Google Workspace. A workflow combines triggers, conditions, human approvals, AI steps and actions in Gmail, Drive, Sheets and the Admin Console, plus tools outside Google such as Salesforce, Slack and DocuSign, and every step is logged for audit. Plans are a flat fee per organization sized by the number of flows, with no per-user or per-run charges.

Zenphi automates Google Workspace work such as onboarding, offboarding, approvals and documents, with every step logged for audit. One flat fee per organization covers every seat. But that fee is $600 a month on Google Cloud Marketplace for 10 flows, zenphi.com shows no price at all, the trial lasts 7 days, and outside Google the connector list is short.

Who it is not for
- Pricey if you only have a couple of things to automate, at $600 a month for Pro
- Tight if you have lots of small processes, as Pro stops at 10 flows and Ultimate at 30, with Flow Packs priced on request
- Skip it if your company isn't on Google Workspace, since that's what it's built around
- Watch out: zenphi.com shows no prices, so a sales quote may differ from the Marketplace figures
- Watch out: fair use sizes Pro for 3,000 runs a month, and document AI such as invoice parsing is charged per page

- Plans are sized by flows: 10 on Pro and 30 on Ultimate. Extra capacity is sold as Flow Packs, priced on request.
- Runs are not metered, but the Fair Use Policy sizes Pro for 3,000 flow runs a month and Ultimate for 9,000.
- AI steps use your own AI provider account or Zenphi AI credits, and document AI services such as invoice parsing are charged per page.
