Value for money
BStarter is $59 a month for any number of people with the Basic features, $11.80 a head for a team of five, inside the cheaper quarter of help desks, as long as you answer under 500 conversations a month. Per seat, Basic is $26.10 billed yearly, which is what one person pays.
DOn record, from its July 2026 pricing guide: $99 a seat a month on a yearly deal, plus about $0.20 per AI conversation with a $200 monthly minimum, so one person pays about $300. That's in the dearest tenth. The AI rate is low next to rivals' $0.85 to $1.
Free plan and trial
CA 14-day free trial with all the Plus features and no card needed, so you see the lot. There's no free plan to fall back on when it ends.
CThere's a free trial, but the listing doesn't say how long it lasts or whether it needs a card. There's no free plan.
Features
BOne inbox for email, chat, social, SMS and voice, chatbots, a public FAQ, a status page, an AI agent and store orders beside each message. Across the plans it covers the whole job.
CAI agents you can run on Claude, GPT or Gemini, one inbox for email, chat, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp with order data, a self-service portal and an agent for social comments. The gap it names: no phone system, so calls go through Aircall, Dialpad or JustCall.
Ease of use
CNo store rating on record. You connect your inboxes, social accounts and store, set up the chat box and bots, and decide what the AI agent answers. That's a fair bit before it runs smoothly.
CNo store rating on record. Training the AI agents, connecting your store and channels and setting up the portal all come first, though Richpanel offers to move tickets and macros over from Gorgias or Zendesk.
Platforms and integrations
BWeb, iPhone and Android, with Shopify, BigCommerce, WordPress, Stripe, Slack, Jira, Aircall and Zapier, and an API. No desktop app, so it stops at a B.
AWeb, Mac, Windows, iPhone and Android, with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Klaviyo, Recharge, Loop Returns, Aircall and Salesforce, and an API. Every device type is covered.

Who each one suits

Re:amaze

  • Online stores on Shopify or BigCommerce
  • Small teams that answer under 500 conversations a month (Starter)
  • Businesses running support for several brands

Richpanel

  • Ecommerce brands handling about 1,000 or more conversations a month
  • Shopify and WooCommerce stores that want shoppers to serve themselves
  • Teams moving off Gorgias or Zendesk mid-contract

Worth knowing

Re:amaze

  • AI Agent resolutions beyond the included 5, 10 or 20 per user a month cost $0.85 each.
  • SMS and voice channels, multiple brands and the status page need Pro or higher.
  • Departments, staff roles, satisfaction ratings and video calls are only on Plus.
  • There is no free plan; Starter is capped at 500 responded conversations a month.

Richpanel

  • Richpanel's pages disagree on price: the pricing page shows older per-agent tiers, while its July 2026 pricing guide says tiers were dropped.
  • That guide gives $99 per seat a month on an annual commitment ($119 billed monthly) plus about $0.20 per AI conversation, with a $200 monthly AI minimum.
  • The guide says the help desk is not sold on its own, and that small teams under a few hundred conversations a month will mostly pay the AI minimum.
  • There is no built-in phone system; calls run through Aircall, Dialpad or JustCall. Returns and Exchanges is an add-on from $99 a month.
