Part 01 · Overview
Welcome
What it is, who it suits, its grades and the ten things to know first
2.8
GPA, above 40 of the 48 other CRM tools we grade
OnePageCRM is a sales CRM for small businesses built around follow-ups. Its Action Stream sorts contacts by the next action due, with color-coded deadlines, and deals, email, calls and quotes hang off each contact. Every plan has unlimited contacts, deals and custom fields with no paid add-ons, and the three per-user plans differ mainly in email features, pipeline count and automation limits.
To get you started, here are 9 things to know about OnePageCRM, taken from its own pages and our grades.
The idea fits in a sentence: red is overdue, orange is today, grey can wait, and Focus Mode hides everything that isn't due.
- 1
Best for small teams that just need to follow up
OnePageCRM turns your contacts into a to-do list: everyone has a next action, and overdue ones go red at the top.
- 2
Paid plans start at $9.95 a month for each person
As its pricing page puts it: $9.95 per user / month, billed annually ($15 billed monthly).
- 3
You can try it first
21-day free trial, no credit card required
- 4
It runs on 3 platforms
Web, iOS and Android, with a browser extension too.
- 5
Action Stream and Next Actions
Contacts are listed by their next follow-up: red is overdue or ASAP, orange is due today and gray is later. Focus Mode hides everything that is not due.
- 6
Kanban sales pipeline
Deals move through customizable stages on a kanban board with a forecast view. Professional has one pipeline, Business ten, and Max unlimited.
- 7
Email sync and bulk sending
Two-way email sync and personalized bulk email are on every plan, from 250 a day. Open tracking and scheduling start on Business; sequences are on Max only.
- 8
A 2.8 GPA, above 40 of 48
That is against the other CRM tools we grade, on value, the free plan, features, ease of use and platforms.
- 9
Keep it
To replace OnePageCRM you would be making connections to other products, each kept working as those products change. That is not a weekend's work, with an AI app builder or without one.

The report card
Best for small teams that just need to follow up
OnePageCRM turns your contacts into a to-do list: everyone has a next action, and overdue ones go red at the top. Professional is $9.95 a user with unlimited contacts and no paid add-ons. But there's no free plan, Professional gets one pipeline and no open tracking, sequences are Max only at $29.95, and monthly billing is $15 against $9.95.
| Subject | Grade | Comment |
|---|---|---|
| Value for money | B | Professional is $9.95 a user a month on yearly billing, inside the cheapest quarter of this category, and it comes with unlimited contacts, deals and custom fields and no paid add-ons. Even Max, the top plan, is $29.95. Pay monthly and it's $15, mind, and VAT is on top in the EU. |
| Free plan and trial | C | No free plan. The trial is 21 days with no card, a week longer than the usual 14. After that you're paying, every month. |
| Features | B | The Action Stream sorts contacts by next follow-up, with a kanban pipeline and forecast view, two-way email sync, bulk email, Autoflows, quotes, an AI that sums up a contact and a route planner on the phone. The small-team sales job covered: sequences are Max only, and Professional gets one pipeline. |
| Ease of use | B | 4.77 from about 380 App Store ratings, a high score but from too small a crowd for our top mark. The idea fits in a sentence: red is overdue, orange is today, grey can wait, and Focus Mode hides everything that isn't due. |
| Platforms and integrations | B | Web, iPhone, Android and a browser extension, but no desktop app. It connects to Gmail, Outlook, WhatsApp, Mailchimp, QuickBooks and Aircall, has an API, and links to AI agents like Claude and ChatGPT through MCP on every plan. |
An A is worth 4 points, a B 3, a C 2, a D 1 and an F nothing. The GPA is the average of the five.

- Fits if your problem isn't data, it's forgetting to follow up
- Works for reps on the road, with a speed dialer, card scanner and route planner on the phone
Who it is not for

- Tight if you're on Professional: one pipeline, 250 bulk emails a day, and no open tracking or user permissions
- Pricey if you pay monthly, at $15, $29 and $45 a user against $9.95, $19.95 and $29.95
- Pricey if you need email sequences or unlimited pipelines, which are only on Max at $29.95
- Watch out: prices exclude VAT for EU customers without a VAT number, and there's no desktop app

Part 04 · Standing
Where it stands
Its grades against its category, and whether to keep it or make your own
40/48
Other CRM tools it is graded above
OnePageCRM's GPA of 2.8 is higher than 40 of the 48 other CRM tools we grade, and level with 7.
It stands best on value for money (B, above 42 of 48) and worst on free plan and trial (C, above 4).
Its paid plans start at $9.95 a month for each person, against a middle price of $24 for the category: 6 of the 46 others that charge start lower.
On features, ease of use and platforms it scores 3.0 out of 4. Nothing scores higher for less, though at least one tool matches that score at a lower price.

Keep it, or make your own?
Whether this is something you could build for yourself with an AI app builder, and what you would give up.
Keep it
To replace OnePageCRM you would be making connections to other products, each kept working as those products change. That is not a weekend's work, with an AI app builder or without one.
It is one of the better ones too: its GPA of 2.8 is higher than 40 of the 48 other CRM tools we grade. It costs $119.40 a year.
What you could make
- Sales pipeline, kanban boards, forms and reports: an app builder makes these well.
What you could not
- Connections to other products, each kept working as those products change.
- A real app for iOS and Android. Something home-made would be a web page.
- It is priced for each person, which means accounts and billing for a team.
- AI features, unless you pay a model provider for each request yourself.
- The depth: we grade its features B, which means it covers the whole job.
What this rests on. OnePageCRM’s listing: what it does, where it runs, what it plugs into and what it costs. It is a judgement about the kind of software this is. We have not built a replacement for it, and making your own means looking after it too. How we decide, and every tool’s verdict.
