The best Calendly alternatives in 2026

Seven tools that can replace Calendly, from a free plan with unlimited event types to calendars with booking links built in. Each pick says who it suits and where it stops.

Updated Oct 4, 2026 · 7 tools · How we pick

Calendly does one job: it lets someone pick a meeting time from a booking page tied to your calendar. People usually look elsewhere when they reach a plan boundary. The Free plan allows one event type and one calendar connection, for one-on-one meetings only. Round-robin scheduling, lead routing and Salesforce sync need the Teams plan at $16 per seat a month billed yearly, and the Notetaker and Callie AI features sit in separate Plus plans.

The alternatives split three ways. Cal.com and SavvyCal are direct replacements, each with its own answer to those limits. Google Calendar, Notion Calendar and Fantastical are calendar apps that include booking links, which may be all you need if you send one link. Reclaim.ai and HubSpot fold booking into something larger: automatic time blocking in one case, a CRM in the other.

Picks are ordered from the closest substitutes to the more specialized ones. Prices are the vendors' own, read on the date shown on each tool's page. For comparison, Calendly Standard is $10 per seat a month billed yearly.

The picks in detail

  1. 01

    Cal.com

Best free plan for booking pagesScheduling platform with a free plan, API and embeds

Cal.com is the closest like-for-like replacement, and its free plan removes Calendly's tightest limit: one user gets unlimited event types and calendar connections, plus Stripe and PayPal payments, where Calendly's Free plan stops at one event type and one calendar connection. For teams, shared availability, round-robin and routing forms are on the Teams plan at $12 per user a month billed yearly, against $16 for Calendly Teams. It also lists desktop apps for Mac, Windows and Linux.

Worth knowing: The free plan covers 1 user only, and Cal.com announced in April 2026 that its production code was going closed source; the open-source edition, Cal.diy, comes without Teams, Workflows or SSO.

    SavvyCal

Best for round-robin on the entry planScheduling links where invitees can overlay their own calendar

SavvyCal changes what the invitee sees: its booking page is a week view on which they can overlay their own calendar before picking a time. It also puts team scheduling on the entry plan. Collective and round-robin links are listed on Basic at $10 per user a month billed annually, where Calendly keeps round-robin for its $16 Teams plan. Meeting polls are free and need no credit card.

Worth knowing: The pricing page lists only paid plans (you can explore for free but must upgrade to activate), no mobile app is listed, and paid bookings and custom domains need Premium.

    Google Calendar

Best if you only need one booking pageOnline calendar from Google, free with a personal account

If you use Calendly for a single booking link, you may already have a replacement. A free personal Google Account includes one appointment booking page in Google Calendar, where people pick a time on your calendar, so there is no second account to keep connected. On eligible paid plans, booking pages can cover several schedules, take Stripe payments, verify email addresses and have up to 20 co-hosts.

Worth knowing: Personal accounts and Workspace Business Starter get one booking page; extra schedules, payments and reminders need Business Standard ($14 per user a month on a 1-year commitment) or higher.

    Notion Calendar

Best free links inside a calendar appFree calendar app that connects to Notion databases

Notion Calendar is a free calendar app with no paid tier, and scheduling links are part of it: mark open times on the calendar and send them, or share a link that lets people book time with you. It shows Google Calendar, Apple iCloud and Microsoft Outlook calendars in one view and can automatically block busy slots across them. It runs on the web, Mac, Windows, iOS and Android.

Worth knowing: The mobile apps show only 1 to 3 day views and cannot search events or edit most of them, and Notion says mobile support for Outlook calendars is still coming.

    Reclaim.ai

Best for links plus automatic schedulingAI scheduling layer for Google Calendar and Outlook

Reclaim.ai suits people who want more from a scheduling tool than a link. On top of Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar it offers scheduling links, finds meeting times across every attendee's schedule, and automatically reserves focus time, habits and breaks around what gets booked. The free Lite plan includes 1 scheduling link, and Starter, at $10 per seat a month billed annually, includes 3. People switching from Calendly can apply for 20% off Starter or Business.

Worth knowing: There are no native iOS or Android apps, it works only with Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar, and unlimited scheduling links start on Business at $15 per seat a month billed annually.

Fantastical is a calendar app first, with booking built into its Premium subscription. Openings let others book a slot from your availability and Proposals poll invitees on meeting times, alongside a calendar that combines Google Calendar, iCloud, Microsoft 365 and Exchange accounts. At $4.75 a month billed annually, the Individual plan is the lowest paid price among these alternatives.

Worth knowing: Openings and Proposals need Premium, no Android app or web version is listed, and Openings with multiple hosts are limited to the Team plan.

    HubSpot

Best if meetings feed a sales pipelineFree CRM at the center of a marketing, sales and service suite

For a sales team, the booking link is often only the way into a CRM. HubSpot's free tools include a meeting link along with contact management, deal pipelines and email tracking for up to 2 users and 1,000 contacts. The meeting scheduler works inside HubSpot or from the inbox, through a Chrome extension for Gmail and an add-in for Outlook, so the scheduler and the customer record live in the same product.

Worth knowing: The free tools stop at 2 users and 1,000 contacts, and paid tiers are split across a Starter bundle, Smart CRM and separate hubs, so the total depends on what you buy.

How to choose

Name the limit you are trying to get past

If it is the single event type on Calendly's Free plan, Cal.com's free plan gives one user unlimited event types and calendar connections. If it is the price of team features, SavvyCal lists round-robin and collective links on its $10 Basic plan and Cal.com on Teams at $12 per user a month billed yearly, against $16 for Calendly Teams. If you need single sign-on, Cal.com puts SAML SSO and SCIM on Organizations at $28 per user a month billed yearly.

Check whether a tool you already use has booking links

Google Calendar includes one booking page with a free personal account, and Notion Calendar includes scheduling links at no cost. HubSpot's free tools include a meeting link. Daily planners count too: Akiflow, Morgen and Motion each include booking links, so if you already pay for one of them a separate booking tool may be unnecessary.

Booking for one person or for a team?

For one person, the free options are Cal.com, Google Calendar, Notion Calendar and Reclaim.ai's Lite plan, which includes 1 scheduling link. For a team, look at SavvyCal, Cal.com Teams or Reclaim.ai, whose Starter plan is capped at 10 seats and Business at 100. HubSpot's free tools cover up to 2 users.

Check the devices you book from

Calendly has iOS and Android apps. Among the alternatives, Cal.com, Google Calendar, Notion Calendar and HubSpot also have both. SavvyCal lists no mobile app, Reclaim.ai is a web app with no native iOS or Android apps, and Fantastical has no Android app or web version.

Common questions

Is there a free alternative to Calendly?

Yes. Cal.com is free for one user with unlimited event types and calendar connections. Google Calendar includes one appointment booking page with a free personal account, Notion Calendar includes scheduling links and has no paid tier, and Reclaim.ai's free Lite plan includes 1 scheduling link.

What is the cheapest Calendly alternative for a team?

Among the dedicated booking tools, SavvyCal Basic is $10 per user a month billed annually and lists collective and round-robin links, and Cal.com Teams is $12 per user a month billed yearly. Calendly's own Teams plan, where round-robin starts, is $16 per seat a month billed yearly.

Which Calendly alternatives include round-robin scheduling?
