How we grade them

Value for money
CNo price is published: every package is quoted by sales as per-user seats plus a monthly allowance of AI credits, so there's no per-head figure for a team of five. With nothing published, it sits at C. Onboarding is quoted on top.
CPro's 20 campaign recipients a month won't do for outreach, so five people need Premium: $35 a seat billed annually, $35 a head. That's just above the cheaper quarter's $32.50. Salesforce sync needs Enterprise at $65 a seat.
Free plan and trial
FNothing free. There's no free plan and no trial on record, and every package is bought through sales.
CThere's a free plan, but it tracks only emails sent in the last 24 hours and allows 10 campaign recipients a month. The 14-day trial needs no card.
Features
BThe whole job and a lot around it: sequences of email, call, SMS and LinkedIn steps that pause on out-of-office replies, a dialer with recording and transcripts, deal and pipeline views, forecasting, and agents that research and write.
CTracking of opens, links and attachments, templates, a scheduler, and campaigns mixing emails, call reminders and LinkedIn InMails that stop on a reply or booking. A smaller job than cold outreach at volume: it sends from your own mailbox, and full campaigns start at Premium.
Ease of use
CNo App Store rating on record. It's sold through an account executive with onboarding quoted separately, and the packages, credits and CRM sync take real setting up.
BNo App Store rating on record, but it's an add-on to the Gmail or Outlook you already use, so tracking starts on your next email with nothing to build first.
Platforms and integrations
BWeb, iPhone, Android and a Chrome extension, with Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, Webex and Slack. The phone apps don't build sequences, and there's no desktop app on record.
CGmail in Chrome, or Outlook 2016 and later and Outlook on the web, and Yesware says there's no mobile app. Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Zoom, Teams, RingCentral and DocSend connect to it.

Worth knowing

Outreach

  • No prices are published: every package is quoted by sales, combining a per-user seat price with a consumption allowance of AI credits.
  • Multi-channel sequences start at the Amplify Core package; Amplify Essentials centers on call recording and coaching.
  • Packages include 10,000 to 100,000 AI credits; more are sold as credit packs, and onboarding services are quoted separately.
  • Google Chrome is the officially supported browser; the iOS and Android apps cover tasks, calls and email but not building sequences.

Yesware

  • Runs only inside Gmail with Chrome, or Outlook 2016 and later and Outlook on the web; Yesware says it has no mobile app.
  • Pro allows only 20 campaign recipients a month; unlimited campaigns start at Premium, $35 per seat a month billed annually.
  • Salesforce sync, the Salesforce sidebar and single sign-on are limited to Enterprise.
  • Prospector contact data is an add-on: 600 credits a year for $37.50 a month billed annually. Cancelling gives no refund for unused time.
