Part 01 · Overview

Welcome

What it is, who it suits, its grades and the ten things to know first

2.4

GPA, above 19 of the 48 other CRM tools we grade

noCRM is a lead management tool for salespeople, now part of Positive Group, that organizes work around the next action on each lead instead of data entry. Leads are captured from files, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn or business cards and moved through a visual pipeline, with quotes, invoices and performance tracking on higher plans. All three plans are priced per user, and the top one adds two-way email sync, WhatsApp, VoIP integrations and automations.

To get you started, here are 9 things to know about noCRM, taken from its own pages and our grades.

No rating on record, but there's barely anything to set up: one next step per lead, work sorted by what's due, and that's the idea.
From our grade for ease of use

Best for salespeople who just want to chase leads

noCRM is a lead tracker built around one next step per lead, like a call on Thursday, with reminders until it's done.

  2. 2

Paid plans start at $11 a month for each person

As its pricing page puts it: $11 per user / month, billed yearly ($19 billed monthly).

Web, iOS and Android, with a browser extension too.

  5. 5

    Next-action follow-ups

Each lead carries a planned next step such as a call, meeting or email, with automatic reminders synced to your calendar, so work is ordered by what is due next.

  6. 6

    Visual pipeline

Leads move through a customizable drag-and-drop pipeline. Starter has 1 pipeline and 500 leads; Expert and Dream allow unlimited leads and pipelines.

  7. 7

    Lead capture from many sources

Leads can be created from Excel or CSV files, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn or business card scans, and cold prospecting lists can be qualified before they enter the pipeline.

  8. 8

The report card

Best for salespeople who just want to chase leads

noCRM is a lead tracker built around one next step per lead, like a call on Thursday, with reminders until it's done. Starter is $11 a user on yearly billing, for new customers only, and it stops at 500 leads in one pipeline. Two-way email sync, automations, WhatsApp and VoIP need Dream at $33, monthly billing costs more, and there's no free plan.

ToolGPA report cardnoCRMGraded Oct 10, 2026
SubjectGradeComment
Value for moneyCStarter is $11 a user on yearly billing, but it's 500 leads in one pipeline with 4 custom fields, and new customers only. The plan most people will actually need is Expert at $22, which is the middle of this category, and email sync and automations are $33. Monthly is dearer again.
Free plan and trialCNo free plan. The trial is 15 days with no credit card, and it stretches to 30 days if you add payment details. After that every plan is paid per user, per month.
FeaturesCA next action on every lead with reminders in your calendar, a drag-and-drop pipeline, leads captured from files, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn or a business card, quotes and invoices on Expert. It covers lead chasing, and that's a smaller job than a CRM's: below Dream, email is logged by BCC only.
Ease of useBNo rating on record, but there's barely anything to set up: one next step per lead, work sorted by what's due, and that's the idea. The phone apps work offline and stay in sync, so a day of visits doesn't need the laptop.
Platforms and integrationsBWeb, iPhone, Android and a browser extension, with no desktop app. It connects to Gmail, Outlook, Slack, WhatsApp, Zapier and VoIP services like Aircall, CloudTalk and JustCall, but Zapier and the API start on Expert, and WhatsApp and VoIP on Dream.
Grade point averageFair, out of 4.02.4

An A is worth 4 points, a B 3, a C 2, a D 1 and an F nothing. The GPA is the average of the five.

Who noCRM is for

  • Fits if you want follow-up reminders, not a full CRM suite to look after
  • Works for reps who work through cold lists and qualify leads before they hit the pipeline

Who it is not for

  • Tight if you're on Starter, with 500 leads, one pipeline and 4 custom fields, and only new customers get it
  • Skip it if you want a free plan, as every plan is paid once the 15-day trial ends
  • Pricey if you pay monthly, at $19, $29 and $39 a user against $11, $22 and $33 on yearly billing
  • Pricey if you need two-way email sync, automations, WhatsApp or VoIP, which all need Dream at $33
  • Watch out: Zapier and the API start on Expert, and 20% VAT applies to French and some EU businesses

Good to know

Good for

  • Salespeople who want follow-up reminders rather than a full CRM suite
  • Telesales and prospecting teams qualifying cold lists into leads
  • Small businesses that want software built and hosted in the EU

Worth knowing

  • There is no free plan: after the 15-day trial every plan is paid per user.
  • Starter is limited to 500 leads in one pipeline and 4 custom fields, and is offered to new customers only.
  • Two-way email sync, WhatsApp and VoIP integrations, automations and team management need the Dream plan.
  • 20% VAT applies to French companies and to EU businesses without a valid VAT number.

Keep it, or make your own?

Whether this is something you could build for yourself with an AI app builder, and what you would give up.

Keep it

To replace noCRM you would be making connections to other products, each kept working as those products change. That is not a weekend's work, with an AI app builder or without one.

It costs $132 a year.

What you could make

  • Sales pipeline, kanban boards, invoicing and reports: an app builder makes these well.

What you could not

  • Connections to other products, each kept working as those products change.
  • A real app for iOS and Android. Something home-made would be a web page.
  • It is priced for each person, which means accounts and billing for a team.

What this rests on. noCRM’s listing: what it does, where it runs, what it plugs into and what it costs. It is a judgement about the kind of software this is. We have not built a replacement for it, and making your own means looking after it too. How we decide, and every tool’s verdict.
