Key features
noCRM
- Next-action follow-ups
- Each lead carries a planned next step such as a call, meeting or email, with automatic reminders synced to your calendar, so work is ordered by what is due next.
- Visual pipeline
- Leads move through a customizable drag-and-drop pipeline. Starter has 1 pipeline and 500 leads; Expert and Dream allow unlimited leads and pipelines.
- Lead capture from many sources
- Leads can be created from Excel or CSV files, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn or business card scans, and cold prospecting lists can be qualified before they enter the pipeline.
- Quotes and invoices
- Quotes and invoices are managed on the lead, and post-sales checklists with assigned tasks cover the handover once a deal is won. Both start on the Expert plan.
- Email, WhatsApp and VoIP
- Dream adds two-way email sync, WhatsApp conversation sync and integrations with VoIP providers such as CloudTalk, JustCall and Aircall. Lower plans log email by BCC only.
- Mobile apps
- iOS and Android apps manage leads away from the desk, including offline, and stay in sync with the web app. The mobile app is included from Starter.
OnePageCRM
- Action Stream and Next Actions
- Contacts are listed by their next follow-up: red is overdue or ASAP, orange is due today and gray is later. Focus Mode hides everything that is not due.
- Kanban sales pipeline
- Deals move through customizable stages on a kanban board with a forecast view. Professional has one pipeline, Business ten, and Max unlimited.
- Email sync and bulk sending
- Two-way email sync and personalized bulk email are on every plan, from 250 a day. Open tracking and scheduling start on Business; sequences are on Max only.
- Autoflows automation
- Workflow automations called Autoflows are capped at 15 on Professional and 30 on Business, and are unlimited on Max.
- Mobile CRM
- Native Android and iOS apps include a speed dialer, a business card scanner with a monthly scan allowance and a route planner for visiting contacts.
- AI assistant and MCP
- An AI assistant summarizes any contact page, and a Model Context Protocol connection links the CRM to AI agents such as Claude and ChatGPT. Both are on every plan.
