Best for a free CRM that can grow into a whole suite
Odoo CRM is one app in Odoo's suite, free on its own for unlimited users with no time limit, with a Kanban pipeline, email, SMS and VoIP, AI lead scoring and forecasts. The catch comes with a second app, say invoicing: then everyone moves to Standard, $31.10 a user in the US price list. Studio and the API need Custom at $61, and prices change by country.
