Odoo CRM
- Odoo sets prices by country. The US dollar prices here are from a copy of its pricing page archived on September 17, 2026; the live page showed rupees to our reader in India.
- The free plan covers a single app; installing any additional app moves the database to the Standard plan.
- Odoo Studio, the external API, multi-company and on-premise or Odoo.sh hosting belong to the Custom plan.
- Implementation services, Odoo.sh hosting and in-app purchase credits such as SMS and lead generation cost extra.
Vtiger
- The free One Pilot plan stops at 10 users and 3,000 records, and One Growth at 15 users and 100,000 records.
- AI features listed under One Growth are marked as a paid Calculus AI add-on at $12 per user a month; One AI has them built in.
- Listed prices exclude local taxes, and One Growth has no Single App license.
- The open-source edition is self-hosted and separate from the cloud plans; Vtiger notes that hosting and upkeep are your cost.
