Value for money
BNo prices are published, so we can't tell you if it's cheap or dear. Every plan is a custom quote based on team accounts, workspaces, languages, security needs and AI use. The AI chatbot and AI Premium Suite are add-ons on top.
C$100 a month covers 1 author and 1 knowledge base, with more at $25 per author and $50 per knowledge base. A custom domain and the developer API wait on Pro at $250, and SAML SSO on Business at $500. Migration and a custom theme are thrown in, to be fair.
Free plan and trial
CNo free plan. There's a free trial, but you start it by booking a live demo, and the site doesn't say how long it lasts. Nothing on record says whether it needs a card either.

AA no-code editor with snippets and versions you can compare and restore, search with synonyms and indexed PDFs, an AI chatbot that answers only from your articles and links to them, reader groups, and built-in reports on searches and content gaps.
