| Value for money | CSolo is $29 a month for one user, with 48% off if you pay for 12 months at once. Against its listed rivals for showing a screen, Zoom's and Loom's paid plans cost less on monthly billing, and the yearly discount roughly closes that gap. Teams share 100 meetings for $99 a month. | BAdvanced, the first plan with one-off Quick Support sessions for clients, is $6.67 per technician a month billed annually, plus $1.50 a year for each permanent device. For the same job that's less than Zoho Assist, Splashtop or TeamViewer charge one technician. Only RustDesk's free client undercuts it. |
| Free plan and trial | CA free plan you'll outgrow fast: 1 user, 15 meetings a month and 3 viewers per meeting, with recordings kept a week. Someone on sales calls all day will use up 15 meetings in a few days. Solo has a free trial with no card. | BThe free plan never runs out: one technician, 2 devices, no limit on session time, multi-monitor and chat. That's enough to reach two of your own computers for good. Supporting clients is where it stops, as Quick Support isn't included, though there's a 14-day business trial. |
| Features | CIt does sales screen sharing fully: viewing with no download on any phone, recordings with tracked plays, Instant Demos callbacks and CRM connectors. But it's a smaller job than this category's. It can't reach anyone else's computer, and handing over control works for one viewer from Windows or Mac. | CPermanent access with Wake-on-LAN, Quick Support by link, terminal mode, a file manager, branding and an HTTP API. The gaps it lists itself: there's no iPhone or iPad agent, so those can only connect through a browser, and Standard leaves out Quick Support. |
| Ease of use | BNo App Store rating on record. The prospect taps a link and sees your screen in a browser, with no install and no sign-up, which is the whole point. Your side runs in the browser with an extension. | BNo App Store rating on record. You work from a browser tab with nothing to install on your end, and a client joins a session from an invitation link or code, so there's very little to set up. |
| Platforms and integrations | BIt runs in the browser with an extension, and viewers can join from any device, phone included. It connects to Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, HighLevel and Zapier, but there's no desktop app, so B is its ceiling. | BWeb, Windows, Mac, Linux, Android and a Chrome extension, plus an HTTP API and plugins for Telegram, LiveChat and Jira Service Desk. No iPhone or iPad app, which keeps it off an A. |

Who each one suits

- Teams that want inbound website leads called back by a free agent at once
Getscreen.me
- IT teams supporting staff or clients from a browser, without installing a viewer

Worth knowing
CrankWheel
- It shares the presenter's own screen; it does not give you access to a customer's computer for support.
- Team plans are priced by meetings a month shared across the team, counted for any session with a viewer of 40 seconds or more.
- Removing CrankWheel branding is an add-on on Team and included only on Enterprise; single sign-on is Enterprise only.
- Handing remote control to a viewer works only for presenters on Windows or macOS, and only with one viewer at a time.
Getscreen.me
- Paid plans charge per device on top of each technician seat, so the bill grows with the number of computers you keep permanent access to.
- The Standard plan does not include Quick Support for one-off client sessions; that needs Advanced or above.
- The self-hosted server is sold only on the Enterprise plan with annual billing, with a minimum of 500 devices or 10 technicians.
- There is an Android agent but no iOS agent is listed; iPhones and iPads can connect only through a browser.

- Schedule web conferences with microphone and webcam: up to 10 participants on Solo, 25 on Team and 50 on Enterprise.
- CRM connectors
- Start sessions from a contact in Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, HighLevel and other CRMs and write meeting details and recording links back.

- Branding and team controls
- Higher plans add your own logo, name and subdomain, access rights by device group, departments for technicians, single sign-on and Active Directory import.
