| Value for money | CLite is $49 a month billed monthly for 100 live attendees and 10 hours, right at the category's middle. Annual billing is labelled 30% off, but the listing gives no yearly figure. Against its rivals it sits between WebinarJam's Starter and Demio's Growth. | FA monthly webinar for up to 100 people can use 1,200 credits a year, more than the 1,000-credit tier at $2,900 a year. That's several times what Zoom Webinars or GoTo Webinar charge for the same job, and unused credits don't roll over. Its pricing page and help centre don't show the same dollar figures, either. |
| Free plan and trial | CNo free plan, but a 14-day free trial with all features, limited to 10 live attendees and 60-minute sessions. The listing doesn't say whether it wants a card. | CFree forever, but it's built for trying things out: 30 attendee credits a year, 30-minute events and 10 events per organization. That's a small test webinar or two, not a monthly habit. |
| Features | CRegistration, the live room, chat, Q&A, replays, tickets, multi-session events and RTMP input. The gaps: no automated webinars on record, multistreaming and captions start on Pro, and sessions stop at 2 hours on Lite. | CThe whole webinar job is here: registration pages, reminder emails, a browser room with 25 speakers, polls and Q&A, on-demand and automated events, and replays with captions. The gaps: HubSpot and Salesforce sync are Enterprise only, and restreaming is an add-on sold through sales. |
| Ease of use | CNo App Store rating on record. One page per event keeps it simple, but you still set up tickets and sessions and keep an eye on streaming hours. | CNo App Store rating on record. Attendees just open a browser, which is the easy half. You still build registration pages and email cadences, and watch your credits, since new attendees can't join once they run out on Pro. |
| Platforms and integrations | BWeb only, with no desktop or phone app listed. It connects to Stripe and Zapier, streams to Facebook, YouTube and Twitch, and takes feeds from OBS, Wirecast or Ecamm. | BWeb only, with no desktop or phone app listed, but it connects to HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, Brevo and Zapier, and has an MCP server for Claude and ChatGPT. The big CRM links are Enterprise only. |

Worth knowing
Crowdcast
- Each plan has a monthly streaming-hour cap: extra time costs $20 per 5 hours, and live attendees over the limit cost 15 cents each.
- Ticket sales carry a 5% Crowdcast fee on Lite and Pro and 2% on Business, plus Stripe's 2.9% + 30 cents.
- Multistreaming and live captions start on Pro, and sessions are capped at 2, 4 or 6 hours depending on the plan.
- Extra team seats cost $29 each.
Livestorm
- Credits are a yearly pack that does not roll over; once they run out on Pro, new attendees cannot join until you move to a higher tier.
- One credit is used per person per session, so someone who joins three sessions of an event uses three credits.
- Native HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot and Microsoft Dynamics integrations are Enterprise only.
- Restreaming, RTMP, live translations and SAML SSO are add-ons sold through sales, and need a Pro plan of at least 1,000 credits.
Key features
Crowdcast
- One page per event
- Registration, the live session and the replay all live at the same address, and recordings are available for replay and download straight after.
- Pay only for live attendees
- Registrations are unlimited; plans count the people who show up live, with extra attendees charged at 15 cents each over the plan limit.
- Paid events
- Charge a fixed or sliding ticket price with coupons, or take contributions during an event, with payments through Stripe.
- Multi-session events
- Group sessions at different times into one event for live courses or online summits, with no limit on the number of sessions.
- Multistreaming and RTMP
- Send the stage to Facebook, YouTube, Twitch and other sites (1 destination on Pro, 3 on Business), or broadcast in from OBS, Wirecast or Ecamm.

- Conversion rates, referral sources and engagement per event and session, with emails, chat and attendee data exportable as CSV.
Livestorm

- Registration pages and email cadences
- Brandable registration pages with custom fields, an embeddable sign-up widget, a company page of upcoming and past events, and unlimited reminder and follow-up emails.
- On-demand and automated events
- Events can be set to start, end or play a video on their own, offered on demand for people to watch at any time, or split into several sessions under one link.
- Replays and captions
- Replays are available right after the session with closed captions, and live captions are in beta. AI repurposing turns the transcript into content for other channels.
- Restreaming and RTMP add-ons
- Paid add-ons stream a Livestorm event to LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Facebook, Twitch and other destinations at once, or bring in a feed from studio software over RTMP.
