Value for money
BStarter is $10 a month if you pay for the year, or $12 monthly. That's about the going rate for an AI assistant, and here it covers models from several makers at once. Usage is rationed though, with quotas that renew every 3 hours, and the dollar prices leave out VAT.
ANo subscription needed: top up from $1 and pay per use, with text models billed at the provider's list price and no markup. Pro is $12 a month for 60 million input tokens a week on its included models. If you only chat now and then, that beats a flat monthly plan.
Free plan and trial
FNothing is free. There's no free plan, and the pricing page lists no trial either, so finding out whether you like it costs at least one month at $12.
BPay As You Go is $0 a month and comes with one free model, on the web only. Every other model is billed from a prepaid balance. So it's a taster more than a plan to live on.
Features
AText models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, xAI and DeepSeek, web and deep research, image, video and music generators, voice chat, and custom assistants that keep your instructions and files. Every plan includes API credits and a coding tool too.
AThe directory lists 641 text models, 224 image, 183 video, 98 audio and 13 3D, all from one chat window and one balance. The API follows OpenAI's and Anthropic's formats and covers images, video, audio, embeddings and web search too.
Ease of use
BIt opens in a browser, and resending a prompt to another model is one click. There's no App Store app, so we have no rating on record to show how people get on with it. That stops it at a B.
BOpen the site and start typing. You can even do it in an anonymous session with no account. Thinking in tokens and topping up a balance takes some getting used to, though, and there's no rating on record to go by, so a B.
Platforms and integrations
BWeb and an Android app, with connectors for Microsoft 365, GitHub, Notion and Atlassian, and an API. But it isn't in the App Store: on iPhone, Mac and Windows you install it from the browser as a web app.
BA website with a broad API, and that's it. The pricing page mentions no desktop or phone apps, and no integrations are listed.

Who each one suits

Mammouth

  • People who want GPT, Claude, Gemini and other models on one bill
  • Comparing answers from several models on the same prompt
  • European teams that want GDPR-aligned processing and central billing

NanoGPT

  • Occasional users who would rather pay per message than subscribe
  • Developers who want one API key for many model providers
  • People who want to pay with cryptocurrency or without an account

Worth knowing

Mammouth

  • There is no free plan, and the pricing page lists no free trial.
  • Usage is limited per session and quotas renew after 3 hours. At a model's limit Mammouth switches to a lighter model.
  • There is no App Store app: on iPhone, Mac and Windows it installs from the browser as a web app. Android has a Play Store listing.
  • Prices are shown in euros or US dollars depending on the visitor's country, and dollar prices exclude VAT. Paying by bank transfer needs an annual commitment.

NanoGPT

  • The free allowance is a single model on the web; everything else needs a prepaid balance or the Pro plan.
  • Pro's weekly allowance covers only the models included in the subscription; others, such as Claude Opus 5.5, are still billed per use.
  • Pinning a specific provider by hand adds 5%, and bring-your-own-key requests are billed at 5% of the normal model cost.
  • Access is through the website and the API; the pricing page mentions no desktop or mobile apps.

Key features

Mammouth

Many models in one subscription
One plan covers text models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, xAI, DeepSeek and others, with Perplexity for web and deep research. The default model in each category can be reordered.
One-click reprompting
Send a prompt, along with the conversation history, to another model to compare or complement the answer without retyping it or opening a new chat.
Image, video and music generation
Image models include Nano Banana, GPT Image, FLUX, Recraft and Stable Diffusion. Video runs on Veo, Kling and Grok Imagine, and music on Lyria.
Custom mammouths
Custom assistants keep instructions and files for reuse across conversations. In a team they can be shared with read-only or edit access while conversations stay private.
Voice chat, dictation and read-aloud
Hold a real-time voice conversation and get a transcript afterwards, dictate a message as text, or have any answer read out with text-to-speech.
Connectors, API and Mammouth Code
MCP connectors link Microsoft 365, GitHub, Notion, Atlassian or a custom server to the chat. Every plan includes monthly API credits and the Mammouth Code tool for developers.

NanoGPT

Hundreds of models in one place
The model directory lists 641 text, 224 image, 183 video, 98 audio and 13 3D models, including ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, all used from one chat interface and one balance.
Per-use billing at list prices
Text models are billed at the provider's list price per million tokens with no markup, and deposits carry no percentage fee. Each API response reports the exact cost charged.
OpenAI-compatible API
The API follows OpenAI's chat completions and Responses formats and Anthropic's Messages format, and also covers images, video, audio, embeddings, web search and batch jobs.
No stored prompts by default
Prompt and conversation content is not kept on NanoGPT's servers unless you turn on sync or sharing, and the service can be used in an anonymous session with no account.
Card and crypto payments
A balance can be started from $1 by card or $0.10 in cryptocurrency. Selected API endpoints also accept accountless crypto payments with no API key.
TEE-backed models
Some models run in trusted execution environments, and the API returns attestation reports and request signatures so that this can be verified.
