| Value for money | BStarter is $29 a month for 30,000 credits, 10 deployed agents and a built-in proxy, a little above the middle for this category. Then it's a big step to Professional at $189, which is where Mark and a custom proxy come in. Paying yearly takes 10% off. | B$29.99 a user each month, with 3,000 credits per seat pooled across the team. That's at the dear end of typical here. Bigger bundles cost less per credit, like 15,000 for $99.99, and top-ups are $10 per 1,000. Monthly credits don't roll over. |
| Free plan and trial | BFree gets you 1,000 credits a month, 3 sessions at once and 1 deployed agent, plus a one-time bonus of 10,000 credits. Enough to build one thing and watch it run. One agent is tight for real work. | CNo lasting free plan. You start with $50 in free credits and no credit card, but they only last 7 days. After that it's $29.99 per user a month. |
| Features | ADescribe the job and Agent Builder builds it, tests it and turns it into code, so every run does the same thing. Agents run on schedules or triggers, sign in to websites in cloud browsers with saved logins, and call any REST or GraphQL API. | AOne shared teammate in Slack that connects to Gmail, Notion, HubSpot and more than 1,000 other apps. It records meetings into a shared library, runs routines you set up in a sentence, comes with 40+ skills and keeps its memory in plain files you can edit. Anything with outside impact waits for approval. |
| Ease of use | BYou describe the workflow in plain English and Agent Builder builds and tests it, so there's no code to write. It runs in your browser with nothing to install. There's no rating on record to go by, so a B. | BYou @mention it in Slack like a colleague, and a routine such as a Monday report is set up in one sentence. There's no rating on record to go by, so a B. |
| Platforms and integrations | BA web app, with integrations for HubSpot, Google Ads, Google Workspace, Slack and Airtable. Agents can also run as a step in n8n, Zapier or Make, and developers get a REST API and SDKs. The listing has no phone or desktop app. | BSlack first, plus iMessage, email, the web and a Chrome extension. It connects to more than 1,000 apps and any MCP server. Worth knowing
Airtop
- Usage is metered in credits. The Free plan renews 1,000 a month and allows 1 deployed agent.
- Starter is limited to 3 simultaneous sessions and 10 deployed agents; a custom proxy and dedicated support start at Professional.
- Mark is included from the Professional plan. Free and Starter get a Mark trial of 7 days or until the credits are used.
- A refund of the last charge is offered only within 5 business days and only if no credits were used in that billing period.
Lindy
- There is no ongoing free plan: the $50 of free credits lasts 7 days, after which paid usage starts at $29.99 per user per month.
- Anyone who uses Lindy takes a paid seat, including people who @mention it in Slack; those joining through Slack get a one-time 7-day trial first.
- Monthly credits do not roll over, and Lindy pauses credit-using actions when the shared pool runs out.
- SSO, SCIM, audit logs and HIPAA compliance with a signed BAA are limited to Enterprise.
Key features
Airtop
- Agent Builder
- Describe a workflow in plain English and Agent Builder builds and tests it, then compiles it into reusable code so the same input gives the same output on each run.
- Schedules and triggers
- Deployed agents run on a schedule or are started by a webhook or an event in a connected tool, and they are designed to repair a broken run on their own.
- Cloud browsers
- Agents sign in to websites and portals in browsers hosted in the cloud, with saved login profiles, built-in proxies, CAPTCHA solving and up to 100 parallel sessions.
- Integrations and APIs
- Prebuilt integrations cover HubSpot, Google Ads, Google Workspace, Slack and Airtable, and agents can call any REST or GraphQL endpoint using keys held in a vault.
- Mark
- An agent for marketing and sales work that researches your company, plans a go-to-market approach and builds the agents, with contact data and email verification built in.
- Use from other platforms
- A web agent can run as a step in n8n, Zapier or Make, or be driven from Claude Code and Codex. Developers also get a REST API and Node and Python SDKs.
Lindy
- Shared teammate in Slack
- A whole team shares one Lindy, summoned with an @mention in Slack channels and threads. It can also be reached by iMessage, by email and in the browser.
- Integrations and MCP
- Connects to Gmail, Slack, Notion, HubSpot and more than 1,000 other apps, and can use any MCP server to reach tools that have no built-in integration.
- Meeting recording and notes
- Records meetings and writes notes into a shared library with folders that teammates can query later. It also handles scheduling, prep and follow-up.
- Scheduled routines
- Recurring work such as a morning brief, a Monday report or a Friday nudge can be set up in a sentence and run on a schedule.
- Skills and editable memory
- Comes with more than 40 skills, including research, data analysis and slide decks. New skills can be saved for the whole team, and its memory lives in plain files you can edit.
- Approvals
- Actions with outside impact, such as sending an email or updating a ticket, wait for approval. Read-only lookups from approved sources do not.
