Value for money
DOne evergreen webinar costs $99 a month billed annually ($1,188 up front), or $79 a month on a two-year deal ($1,896). That's the dear end of the category and above eWebinar's Level 1, while WebinarJam Basic at $79 includes EverWebinar plus live webinars.
FA monthly webinar for up to 100 people can use 1,200 credits a year, more than the 1,000-credit tier at $2,900 a year. That's several times what Zoom Webinars or GoTo Webinar charge for the same job, and unused credits don't roll over. Its pricing page and help centre don't show the same dollar figures, either.
Free plan and trial
DNo free plan. The 14-day trial costs $1 and turns into $199 a month unless you cancel, so it needs a card. There's a 30-day money-back guarantee.
CFree forever, but it's built for trying things out: 30 attendee credits a year, 30-minute events and 10 events per organization. That's a small test webinar or two, not a monthly habit.
Features
CIt does the automated-webinar job fully: daily, weekly or just-in-time schedules in local time zones, timed chat, polls, offers, hybrid mode and split-tested sign-up pages. It's a smaller job than a full webinar platform, though, with no live webinars of its own.
CThe whole webinar job is here: registration pages, reminder emails, a browser room with 25 speakers, polls and Q&A, on-demand and automated events, and replays with captions. The gaps: HubSpot and Salesforce sync are Enterprise only, and restreaming is an add-on sold through sales.
Ease of use
CNo App Store rating on record. You upload a recording, set schedules, write timed chat and reminders, and build sign-up pages before anything runs.
CNo App Store rating on record. Attendees just open a browser, which is the easy half. You still build registration pages and email cadences, and watch your credits, since new attendees can't join once they run out on Pro.
Platforms and integrations
CWeb only, and the only connections on record are WebinarJam and Zapier. No desktop or phone app is listed.
BWeb only, with no desktop or phone app listed, but it connects to HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, Brevo and Zapier, and has an MCP server for Claude and ChatGPT. The big CRM links are Enterprise only.

Who each one suits

EverWebinar

  • Coaches and course sellers running one sales webinar again and again
  • Reaching attendees across time zones without presenting live
  • WebinarJam users turning a live session into an evergreen one

Livestorm

  • Marketing teams running regular lead-generation webinars
  • Customer and employee training sessions repeated on a schedule
  • Teams whose audience should join from a browser with no download
  • Companies that want to pay for attendees rather than registrations

Worth knowing

EverWebinar

  • The annual and two-year prices are charged in full upfront and are marked for new customers only; the renewal price is not stated.
  • The $1 trial turns into $199 a month unless cancelled within 14 days; purchases carry a 30-day money-back guarantee.
  • Subscriptions include one team member account.
  • WebinarJam's Basic, Professional and Enterprise plans include EverWebinar at no extra cost, so WebinarJam users may not need it separately.

Livestorm

  • Credits are a yearly pack that does not roll over; once they run out on Pro, new attendees cannot join until you move to a higher tier.
  • One credit is used per person per session, so someone who joins three sessions of an event uses three credits.
  • Native HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot and Microsoft Dynamics integrations are Enterprise only.
  • Restreaming, RTMP, live translations and SAML SSO are add-ons sold through sales, and need a Pro plan of at least 1,000 credits.

Key features

EverWebinar

Scheduled automated webinars
Run a recording daily, weekly, on a custom recurring schedule or just in time, with session times shown in each registrant's local time zone.
Live-style engagement
Chat messages placed at set timestamps, attendee counts, polls, surveys, handouts and timed offers make the recording play like an event.
Hybrid mode
The recording plays automatically while the host or a teammate watches the room and answers attendee questions in chat in real time.
Reminders and follow-ups
Built-in email and optional SMS reminders before the session, and follow-ups that differ for people who attended, missed it or left early.
Pages and split tests
Registration page templates with A/B testing, or your own pages connected through its registration tools.
Import from WebinarJam
Replica Replay imports a live WebinarJam session with its chat, polls, handouts and offers in one click; other recordings are uploaded as MP4 files.

Livestorm

Browser event room
Attendees join from a browser with nothing to install. Up to 25 speakers can be on screen, with chat, polls, Q&A with upvotes, emoji reactions and file, slide and video sharing.
Registration pages and email cadences
Brandable registration pages with custom fields, an embeddable sign-up widget, a company page of upcoming and past events, and unlimited reminder and follow-up emails.
On-demand and automated events
Events can be set to start, end or play a video on their own, offered on demand for people to watch at any time, or split into several sessions under one link.
Replays and captions
Replays are available right after the session with closed captions, and live captions are in beta. AI repurposing turns the transcript into content for other channels.
Restreaming and RTMP add-ons
Paid add-ons stream a Livestorm event to LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Facebook, Twitch and other destinations at once, or bring in a feed from studio software over RTMP.
Attendance data and exports
Tracks UTM sources, attendance and conversion rates, and exports registrants, chat and questions. A Livestorm MCP server connects it to Claude, ChatGPT and other AI agents.
