How we grade them

2.2GPAeWebinarFair1.8GPALivestormWeak
Value for money
COne evergreen webinar is Level 1: $1,010 a year billed annually ($99 by the month), with 1,000 registrants a month and unlimited team members. That's less than EverWebinar's yearly plan, but still in the upper half of what this category charges.
FA monthly webinar for up to 100 people can use 1,200 credits a year, more than the 1,000-credit tier at $2,900 a year. That's several times what Zoom Webinars or GoTo Webinar charge for the same job, and unused credits don't roll over. Its pricing page and help centre don't show the same dollar figures, either.
Free plan and trial
CNo free plan, but a 14-day free trial. The listing doesn't say whether it asks for a card.
CFree forever, but it's built for trying things out: 30 attendee credits a year, 30-minute events and 10 events per organization. That's a small test webinar or two, not a monthly habit.
Features
CIt does the automated job fully: on-demand, just-in-time and recurring schedules, more than 25 timed interactions, chat answered by email or Slack, series and an embeddable player. It's a smaller job, though, and it isn't built for live webinars.
CThe whole webinar job is here: registration pages, reminder emails, a browser room with 25 speakers, polls and Q&A, on-demand and automated events, and replays with captions. The gaps: HubSpot and Salesforce sync are Enterprise only, and restreaming is an add-on sold through sales.
Ease of use
CNo App Store rating on record. You upload a recording, place interactions on a timeline and pick schedules, which takes a while the first time.
CNo App Store rating on record. Attendees just open a browser, which is the easy half. You still build registration pages and email cadences, and watch your credits, since new attendees can't join once they run out on Pro.
Platforms and integrations
BWeb only, with no desktop or phone app listed, but HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Slack, Zapier, Mailchimp, Zoom and Vimeo connect.
BWeb only, with no desktop or phone app listed, but it connects to HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, Brevo and Zapier, and has an MCP server for Claude and ChatGPT. The big CRM links are Enterprise only.

Who each one suits

eWebinar

  • SaaS teams automating product demos and customer onboarding
  • Training programs that repeat the same session many times a week
  • Teams with attendees spread across many time zones

Livestorm

  • Marketing teams running regular lead-generation webinars
  • Customer and employee training sessions repeated on a schedule
  • Teams whose audience should join from a browser with no download
  • Companies that want to pay for attendees rather than registrations

Worth knowing

eWebinar

  • The plan level changes on its own with the number of active eWebinars, so adding a sixth active eWebinar moves an account from Level 2 to Level 3.
  • Each level caps registrants per month: 1,000, 3,000 and 5,000.
  • eWebinar runs recorded sessions; it is not built for hosting live webinars.
  • The eChat AI moderator is a paid add-on, and SSO is part of the Enterprise plan.

Livestorm

  • Credits are a yearly pack that does not roll over; once they run out on Pro, new attendees cannot join until you move to a higher tier.
  • One credit is used per person per session, so someone who joins three sessions of an event uses three credits.
  • Native HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot and Microsoft Dynamics integrations are Enterprise only.
  • Restreaming, RTMP, live translations and SAML SSO are add-ons sold through sales, and need a Pro plan of at least 1,000 credits.
