Gerangschikt door ToolGPA op 9 okt 2026 · vermeldingen gecontroleerd tot 10 okt 2026
Planners die taken en agenda naast elkaar zetten, zodat je een realistische dag kunt uitstippelen.
The first two are close. Structured comes first because its free version plans a whole day on a timeline and its iPhone and iPad app has about 167,000 ratings behind it. Routine's free plan includes your calendars, and it has Windows and Linux apps, which Structured lacks. FlowSavvy is third for people who want tasks placed on the calendar for them. LiveIt narrowly missed: its free plan has time blocking, unlike Routine's, but subtasks need Pro and there is no Linux app. Among planners built for work, Morgen, Sunsama, Akiflow and Motion have no free plan and Planzer.io's stops at 100 tasks.

Voor: Most people
Structured lays out the day on one color-coded timeline. The free version covers the timeline, an inbox for unscheduled tasks, subtasks, notes, notifications, widgets and sync, and it runs on iPhone, Android, Mac and the web, with an Apple Watch app. Structured Pro adds calendar import, recurring tasks and an AI planning assistant; the US App Store lists it at $9.99 to $39.99 a year, or $99.99 once. Its iPhone and iPad app averages 4.8 from about 167,000 ratings. Know the limits: calendar events need Pro, there is no Windows app, the web version does not yet have every feature of the mobile apps, and the vendor publishes no price list, so the price depends on your region.

Voor: Anyone on Windows or Linux, or who wants calendars on a free plan
Routine keeps tasks, calendar and notes in one app, with a planner view for the day and an inbox that collects tasks and messages from connected apps such as Gmail, Slack and Asana. It runs on the web, Mac, Windows, Linux, iPhone and Android, and its Free plan includes tasks, calendars, notes, an AI assistant, offline mode and 3 integrations. It is second because time blocking is not in the Free plan: it starts with Personal at $5 a month, billed yearly. Routine's download page also says the web app is 30% slower than the desktop apps and lacks some functionality, and the Free plan stops at 3 custom databases and 250 AI credits.

Voor: People who want tasks placed on the calendar for them
FlowSavvy places tasks into free time on your calendar, working back from each task's due date and duration, and rebuilds the schedule when an event changes or a task is missed. The free Basic plan schedules up to 2 weeks ahead with unlimited reschedules and two-way sync with Google Calendar, Outlook.com and iCloud. Pro is $10 a month, billed yearly, and schedules 8 weeks ahead. Its iPhone and iPad app averages 4.8 from about 430 ratings. It is third because it is narrower than the two above: it runs on the web, iPhone and Android with no native desktop app, it is aimed at individuals with no team features, and Basic stops at 3 repeating auto-scheduled tasks and 5 task lists.

Op 9 okt 2026 rangschikt ToolGPA Structured als eerste (voor: most people), Routine als tweede (voor: anyone on Windows or Linux, or who wants calendars on a free plan), FlowSavvy als derde (voor: people who want tasks placed on the calendar for them).
