Value for money
C$63 a month for three on Premium, billed yearly ($21 a head, $29 monthly), with 50 documents a month; Starter is one user and 10 documents. Against its own rivals that's mid-priced: dearer than Prospero at $12 a head, well under PandaDoc Business at $49.
DPersonal is $10 a user a month billed yearly ($15 monthly), this category's middle, but that's 4 signature requests a month. Unlimited signing needs Standard at $45 a user, well into the dearest tenth. These prices come from an archived copy, as the live page wouldn't load.
Free plan and trial
CNo free plan, but a 14-day free trial with no card needed. That's long enough to build a proposal or two and send one to a real client.
CThe free Limited Trial gives you 10 links and 5 stored documents, shows only two visits per document and adds a DocSend sign-up page to whatever you share. There's also a 14-day trial of Advanced Data Rooms.
Features
CTemplates, a content library, interactive pricing tables, open tracking, signing and payment by Stripe, PayPal or GoCardless, with approvals on Enterprise. It does the proposal job fully, but that's a smaller job than general signing, and follow-up nudges are a $10 add-on.
CTracked links you can update or revoke, page-by-page analytics, data rooms, NDAs and watermarks, which plain signing apps don't do. Signing itself is the gap: it's one feature here, the listing names no templates or bulk send, and Personal stops at 4 requests.
Ease of use
CNo store rating on record. It's a web app where the work is building proposals, templates and a content library, so there's some setting up before it pays off.
CNo store rating on record. Uploading a file and sending a link is quick, but data rooms, NDAs and visitor checks take some setting up.
Platforms and integrations
BWeb only, with Stripe, PayPal, GoCardless, HubSpot, Salesforce and Zapier, and an API from Premium. No phone or desktop app.
