Value for money
CCofounder Pro starts at $120 a month, several times what most agents here start at, and the terms add usage-based charges billed afterwards. You do get a lot of departments for it. But you can't bring your own API key to keep the bill down.
B$29.99 a user each month, with 3,000 credits per seat pooled across the team. That's at the dear end of typical here. Bigger bundles cost less per credit, like 15,000 for $99.99, and top-ups are $10 per 1,000. Monthly credits don't roll over.
Free plan and trial
CNo free plan. There's a 7-day free trial with the design system builder, landing page hosting and the strategy and analysis tools. The pricing page doesn't say whether it asks for a card.
CNo lasting free plan. You start with $50 in free credits and no credit card, but they only last 7 days. After that it's $29.99 per user a month.
Features
AAgents sorted into departments, from engineering and marketing to support and finance. They find and email prospects, run campaigns, publish social posts and keep repeating routines going. Risky steps wait for your approval, and it sets up GitHub, Vercel and Supabase for you.
AOne shared teammate in Slack that connects to Gmail, Notion, HubSpot and more than 1,000 other apps. It records meetings into a shared library, runs routines you set up in a sentence, comes with 40+ skills and keeps its memory in plain files you can edit. Anything with outside impact waits for approval.
Ease of use
BEach department comes with default agents, and it sets up and manages GitHub, Vercel and Supabase for you, so there's little to wire together. There's no rating on record to go by, so a B.
BYou @mention it in Slack like a colleague, and a routine such as a Monday report is set up in one sentence. There's no rating on record to go by, so a B.
Platforms and integrations
BA web app, with integrations for GitHub, Vercel, Supabase, Linear, Stripe, Slack, Gmail and Notion. There's a command-line tool, an MCP server and a REST API too. The listing has no phone or desktop app.
BSlack first, plus iMessage, email, the web and a Chrome extension. It connects to more than 1,000 apps and any MCP server. The listing has no phone or desktop app of its own.

Worth knowing

Cofounder

  • There is no lasting free plan: after the 7-day trial, Cofounder Pro starts at $120 a month, and the terms bill usage-based charges in arrears.
  • The Team Plan, planned at $100 per seat, is not yet available; the pricing page offers only a waitlist.
  • The documentation says Cofounder is not intended to build or rebuild your core product, database, authentication or hosting stack.
  • You cannot bring your own API key or a Codex or Claude Code subscription, according to the pricing FAQ.

Lindy

  • There is no ongoing free plan: the $50 of free credits lasts 7 days, after which paid usage starts at $29.99 per user per month.
  • Anyone who uses Lindy takes a paid seat, including people who @mention it in Slack; those joining through Slack get a one-time 7-day trial first.
  • Monthly credits do not roll over, and Lindy pauses credit-using actions when the shared pool runs out.
  • SSO, SCIM, audit logs and HIPAA compliance with a signed BAA are limited to Enterprise.

Key features

Cofounder

Departments of agents
Work is split across departments, each with agents that have their own instructions, integrations and skills. Default agents cover engineering, marketing, design, sales, support, operations and finance.
Approvals before risky actions
Agents run several tasks in the background at once, and actions the vendor treats as potentially dangerous, such as incorporating an LLC or opening a bank account, wait for your approval.
Managed GitHub, Vercel and Supabase
Cofounder sets up and manages GitHub, Vercel and Supabase projects for you. Pro and Team users can claim ownership at any point, after which Cofounder no longer manages the configuration.
Sales and marketing work
Agents research customers, find and enrich prospects, send outreach from inboxes provisioned for them, run email campaigns and publish social posts, drawing on shared company context.
Routines
A routine is a repeating job for one agent, such as a daily status update, a weekly metrics review or a monthly cleanup checklist. An agent can have several.
CLI, MCP server and REST API
Besides the web app, your own agent can run a company through Cofounder's hosted MCP server, the cofounder command-line tool or the REST API, with API keys for scripting.

Lindy

Shared teammate in Slack
A whole team shares one Lindy, summoned with an @mention in Slack channels and threads. It can also be reached by iMessage, by email and in the browser.
Integrations and MCP
Connects to Gmail, Slack, Notion, HubSpot and more than 1,000 other apps, and can use any MCP server to reach tools that have no built-in integration.
Meeting recording and notes
Records meetings and writes notes into a shared library with folders that teammates can query later. It also handles scheduling, prep and follow-up.
Scheduled routines
Recurring work such as a morning brief, a Monday report or a Friday nudge can be set up in a sentence and run on a schedule.
Skills and editable memory
Comes with more than 40 skills, including research, data analysis and slide decks. New skills can be saved for the whole team, and its memory lives in plain files you can edit.
Approvals
Actions with outside impact, such as sending an email or updating a ticket, wait for approval. Read-only lookups from approved sources do not.
