How we grade them

Value for money
BPro is $24 a seat each month billed yearly, or $30 monthly, with 8,000 credits per seat. That's about typical here, and no model is locked to a dearer plan. Max is $120 a seat for heavy users. Credits don't roll over, and prices exclude VAT.
CTeam is $40 a seat each month, well above what agents here usually start at, for 2,500 pooled credits per seat. Kortix adds 20% to managed model costs and 50% to most tool calls, or a flat 10% platform fee if you bring your own API key. Self-hosting is free.
Free plan and trial
CThere's a Free seat, but it's 500 credits for the life of the seat, with no monthly refill. Use them up and you're asked to upgrade. So it's a trial without a clock, not a plan you could stay on.
BFree gets you 200 credits a month of sandbox time and 1 project, and you bring the model yourself, through an API key or a ChatGPT subscription. It's also open source, so you can self-host at no charge with Docker Compose.
Features
AAgents that answer from your company's Slack, Notion, Google Drive, GitHub, Salesforce and Zendesk, each on the model you choose. They run on schedules and triggers, permissions are split by team, and Frames turn answers into shared dashboards. The self-serve plan stops at 3 data connectors.
AEverything about your agents lives as files in one git repo, so changes can be diffed and rolled back. Each session runs on its own Linux machine, work arrives as a change request, and every tool call can be set to allow, ask or block. It connects to 3,000+ apps and runs on cron schedules and webhooks.
Ease of use
BPeople mention an agent in Slack or open the Chrome sidebar, which is about as easy as asking a colleague. Someone still has to connect the data and build the agents first. There's no rating on record to go by, so a B.
CThis one's built for engineers. Agents, skills and triggers are files in a git repository, and you review what the agents did as diffs. You also sort out model access yourself unless you use the managed gateway. No rating is on record.
Platforms and integrations
BA web app, Slack and a Chrome extension. It works with Zapier, Make, n8n and Power Automate, and there's a developer API. The listing has no phone or desktop app.
BWeb, plus Mac, Windows and Linux. Sessions also start from Slack, Microsoft Teams, a CLI or the API, and connectors cover 3,000+ apps. iPhone, iPad and Android apps are listed as coming soon.

Who each one suits

Dust

  • Companies that want agents grounded in internal knowledge
  • Teams that mix light and heavy users on different seat types
  • Organizations that need US or EU data residency

Kortix

  • Teams that want agent configuration versioned in a git repository
  • Organizations that need to self-host or deploy in their own cloud
  • Engineering-led teams comfortable reviewing agent work as diffs

Worth knowing

Dust

  • The Free seat is a one-time allowance of 500 credits, not a monthly quota; once it is used, free users are prompted to request an upgrade.
  • The self-serve Business plan covers teams of up to 100 and is limited to 3 data source connectors, 5 remote MCP servers and 5 spaces.
  • SCIM provisioning, audit logs, custom data retention and single-tenant deployment require Enterprise.
  • Monthly credits reset each billing period without rolling over, and listed prices exclude VAT.

Kortix

  • The Free plan is limited to 1 project and 200 sandbox credits a month, and you supply model access yourself.
  • Kortix marks up managed model costs by 20% and most tool calls by 50%; with your own API key it charges a flat 10% platform fee instead, waived on Free.
  • SAML SSO, SCIM, advanced RBAC and audit logs need Enterprise, and a self-hosted instance needs an Enterprise license to unlock them.
  • iPhone, iPad and Android apps are listed as coming soon, and self-hosted instances still run agent sandboxes on an outside provider such as Daytona.

Key features

Dust

Agents with company context
Agents draw on connected company data from sources such as Slack, Notion, Google Drive, GitHub, Salesforce and Zendesk to answer questions and take action.
Model choice per agent
All plans include 20+ models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral and DeepSeek. The model is chosen per agent, and none is locked to a higher plan.
Schedules and triggers
Multi-agent workflows can run on a schedule or in response to events. Dust also lists Zapier, Make, n8n and Power Automate as supported automation platforms.
Spaces and permissions
Spaces segment data by team, and a two-layer permission model separates what agents can access from who can use them. The Business plan includes 5 spaces.
Frames
Frames turn agent output into interactive dashboards, reports and memos that a team can explore and work on together.
Slack and Chrome extension
Agents can be mentioned in any Slack channel or messaged directly, and a Chrome extension opens them in a sidebar on any web page.

Kortix

Company as code
Agents, skills, memory, connector settings and triggers are text files in one git repository, so any change can be searched, diffed and rolled back.
A computer per session
Each session boots its own isolated Linux machine with your repo and tools already on it, and many sessions can run in parallel without affecting one another.
Change requests and tool rules
Session work lands on the main branch as a change request you read as a diff first, and each tool call can be set to allow, ask or block.
Any model, your keys
Pick a model per agent, session or message, using your own API key, a ChatGPT subscription, any OpenAI-compatible endpoint or Kortix's managed gateway.
Connectors
Connects to 3,000+ apps plus MCP servers, OpenAPI, GraphQL and raw HTTP. Connector credentials are brokered server-side and never enter the session's machine.
Channels and automations
Sessions start from the web app, Slack, Microsoft Teams, the CLI or the API, or with nobody present from cron schedules and signed webhooks. Email is in preview.
