How we grade them

2.0GPADropbox SignFair2.4GPASign.PlusFair
Value for money
D$75 a month for three on Standard, billed yearly ($25 a head, $30 monthly). That's this category's dearest tenth. To be fair, requests are unlimited with no overage fees, so a busy month never costs more. One person alone pays $15 on Essentials.
CPersonal is $9.99 a month billed yearly ($14.99 monthly), at this category's cheaper quarter, but it's one user and 10 requests a month. A team needs Professional at $19.99 a user, past the dearer quarter, and qualified signatures are $5 a recipient on top.
Free plan and trial
CA free plan for one sender and 3 signature requests a month. Fine for the odd lease, nowhere near 20 contracts a month. There's also a 30-day free trial of the paid plans.
CThe free plan lets you sign your own documents, but it's 3 signature requests in total, not per month, and one template. The 14-day trial needs a card or PayPal and turns into a paid plan unless you cancel.
Features
CUnlimited requests, templates and template links, field validation, signer attachments, reminders, and bulk send and branding on Standard. The gaps: Standard stops at 15 templates, and SMS authentication, SSO and Salesforce all need Premium, sold through sales.
BTemplates with conditional steps, bulk send, in-person signing, public forms, SMS and WhatsApp sends, ID checks and qualified signatures. It covers the whole job across its plans, though Zapier and branding start on Business.
Ease of use
CNo store rating on record, so this rests on the listing. It's a web app where you drag fields onto each document and build your templates, so there's a bit of setting up.
CThere are iPhone and Android apps, but no store rating on record. It's a web app where you build templates and workflows before it pays off.
Platforms and integrations
BWeb only, but it sends from Dropbox, Google Drive, Microsoft Word, HubSpot and Slack, and there's an API, priced separately from these plans. No phone or desktop app is listed.
BWeb, iPhone and Android, sending from Google Docs, Gmail and Word and pulling files from Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox and Box. Zapier is on Business, the API is sold separately, and there's no desktop app.
