| Value for money | D$75 a month for three on Standard, paying the year upfront ($25 a head, or $30 on the annual plan billed monthly). That's this category's dearest tenth, for 100 envelopes each a year, so your 240 fit with a little to spare. Web forms, payments and bulk send need Business Pro at $40. | CPersonal is $9.99 a month billed yearly ($14.99 monthly), at this category's cheaper quarter, but it's one user and 10 requests a month. A team needs Professional at $19.99 a user, past the dearer quarter, and qualified signatures are $5 a recipient on top. |
| Free plan and trial | CNo free plan, but a 30-day free trial, and the listing doesn't say it needs a card. After that even Personal is one user and 5 envelopes a month. | CThe free plan lets you sign your own documents, but it's 3 signature requests in total, not per month, and one template. The 14-day trial needs a card or PayPal and turns into a paid plan unless you cancel. |
| Features | BTemplates, signing order, an audit trail, reminders and AI summaries for signers, then web forms, payment collection and bulk send on Business Pro. It covers the whole job. SSO, HIPAA and Salesforce wait for the custom Enhanced plans, which a small team won't miss. | BTemplates with conditional steps, bulk send, in-person signing, public forms, SMS and WhatsApp sends, ID checks and qualified signatures. It covers the whole job across its plans, though Zapier and branding start on Business. |
| Ease of use | A4.9 from about 830,000 App Store ratings, the biggest following in this category by miles. Signers don't need an account either, which saves your clients a step. | CThere are iPhone and Android apps, but no store rating on record. It's a web app where you build templates and workflows before it pays off. |
| Platforms and integrations | BWeb, iPhone and Android, with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Dropbox and Box on every plan, and 1,000+ integrations plus the API from Business Pro. There's no desktop app, so it stops at a B. | BWeb, iPhone and Android, sending from Google Docs, Gmail and Word and pulling files from Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox and Box. Zapier is on Business, the API is sold separately, and there's no desktop app. |
