|---|---|---|
| Value for money | D$75 a month for three on Standard, paying the year upfront ($25 a head, or $30 on the annual plan billed monthly). That's this category's dearest tenth, for 100 envelopes each a year, so your 240 fit with a little to spare. Web forms, payments and bulk send need Business Pro at $40. | D$57 a month for three on Starter, billed yearly ($19 a head, $35 monthly), for unlimited documents but only 5 templates. What you'd pick PandaDoc for, pricing tables, auto reminders and analytics, needs Business: $147 a month for three, four times this category's middle. |
| Free plan and trial | CNo free plan, but a 30-day free trial, and the listing doesn't say it needs a card. After that even Personal is one user and 5 envelopes a month. | CFree eSign covers 5 documents a month, 2 recipients each and 5 templates, with no integrations. Fine for a freelancer now and then; a team sending 20 a month is past it in the first week. The 14-day Business trial allows 50 documents. |
| Features | BTemplates, signing order, an audit trail, reminders and AI summaries for signers, then web forms, payment collection and bulk send on Business Pro. It covers the whole job. SSO, HIPAA and Salesforce wait for the custom Enhanced plans, which a small team won't miss. | CThe editor, Word import, Stripe payments and, on Business, quotes, pricing tables, approvals and analytics. That's a lot. But bulk send, forms and recipient verification are add-ons priced through sales, where plain signing apps include them. |
| Ease of use | A4.9 from about 830,000 App Store ratings, the biggest following in this category by miles. Signers don't need an account either, which saves your clients a step. | CThere's an iPhone app but no store rating on record. The editor does a lot, and there's real setting up before it pays off: templates, pricing tables and a content library to build. |
| Platforms and integrations | BWeb, iPhone and Android, with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Dropbox and Box on every plan, and 1,000+ integrations plus the API from Business Pro. There's no desktop app, so it stops at a B. | BWeb and iPhone, with HubSpot, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics, Stripe, QuickBooks, Slack and Canva, Salesforce as an add-on, an API and links to ChatGPT and Claude. No Android or desktop app is listed. |
