How we grade them

Value for money
B$29.99 a user each month, with 3,000 credits per seat pooled across the team. That's at the dear end of typical here. Bigger bundles cost less per credit, like 15,000 for $99.99, and top-ups are $10 per 1,000. Monthly credits don't roll over.
B$25 a seat each month, about what agents in this category cost. That covers unlimited messaging, calls, orchestration and web research, plus one cloud computer. Tasks you hand to Nebula's own agents draw on credits you buy separately, and no plan adds any each month.
Free plan and trial
CNo lasting free plan. You start with $50 in free credits and no credit card, but they only last 7 days. After that it's $29.99 per user a month.
CNo free plan. Every seat gets a 7-day free trial, and the listing doesn't say whether you need a card to start it. After that everyone pays, the owner included.
Features
AOne shared teammate in Slack that connects to Gmail, Notion, HubSpot and more than 1,000 other apps. It records meetings into a shared library, runs routines you set up in a sentence, comes with 40+ skills and keeps its memory in plain files you can edit. Anything with outside impact waits for approval.
AEach channel holds one goal, with text, voice, video and screen sharing in it. An orchestrator breaks the goal into tasks and can set up specialist agents. Tasks run on a schedule, monitors watch for a change, and agents act through your Gmail, Slack, GitHub and Notion.
Ease of use
BYou @mention it in Slack like a colleague, and a routine such as a Monday report is set up in one sentence. There's no rating on record to go by, so a B.
BNebula's own agents need no setup, and you talk to them in a channel like anyone else. It's apps you install, with no rating on record, so a B. One snag: the docs say the Windows installer isn't code-signed yet.
Platforms and integrations
BSlack first, plus iMessage, email, the web and a Chrome extension. It connects to more than 1,000 apps and any MCP server. The listing has no phone or desktop app of its own.
AMac, Windows, Linux, iPhone and Android, plus a command-line app. Agents connect to Gmail, Slack, GitHub, Notion, Linear and Stripe, and you can add MCP servers. The docs point you to the apps, not to a browser version.

Who each one suits

Lindy

  • Teams that work in Slack and want one shared AI teammate
  • Recurring reports, briefs and follow-ups pulled from connected tools
  • Gmail users who want labeled mail and pre-drafted replies

Nebula

  • Teams that want agents working in the same chat as the people
  • Developers already paying for Claude Code or Codex who want to share them
  • Recurring work run as scheduled tasks and monitors

Worth knowing

Lindy

  • There is no ongoing free plan: the $50 of free credits lasts 7 days, after which paid usage starts at $29.99 per user per month.
  • Anyone who uses Lindy takes a paid seat, including people who @mention it in Slack; those joining through Slack get a one-time 7-day trial first.
  • Monthly credits do not roll over, and Lindy pauses credit-using actions when the shared pool runs out.
  • SSO, SCIM, audit logs and HIPAA compliance with a signed BAA are limited to Enterprise.

Nebula

  • There is no free plan: every member, the owner included, needs a $25 seat once the 7-day trial ends.
  • No subscription adds credits each month. Tasks by Nebula's own agents and cloud-device time draw on Nebula Credits you top up.
  • A subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play covers one seat; adding teammates means moving billing to a card on the web.
  • The docs point users to the desktop, mobile and command-line apps rather than a browser version, and say the Windows installer is not yet code-signed.

Key features

Lindy

Shared teammate in Slack
A whole team shares one Lindy, summoned with an @mention in Slack channels and threads. It can also be reached by iMessage, by email and in the browser.
Integrations and MCP
Connects to Gmail, Slack, Notion, HubSpot and more than 1,000 other apps, and can use any MCP server to reach tools that have no built-in integration.
Meeting recording and notes
Records meetings and writes notes into a shared library with folders that teammates can query later. It also handles scheduling, prep and follow-up.
Scheduled routines
Recurring work such as a morning brief, a Monday report or a Friday nudge can be set up in a sentence and run on a schedule.
Skills and editable memory
Comes with more than 40 skills, including research, data analysis and slide decks. New skills can be saved for the whole team, and its memory lives in plain files you can edit.
Approvals
Actions with outside impact, such as sending an email or updating a ticket, wait for approval. Read-only lookups from approved sources do not.

Nebula

Channels
A channel is one room for a goal, holding its people, agents, calls, tasks and apps. Text, voice and video with screen sharing all happen in the same conversation.
Orchestrator
Every workspace has one orchestrator that works out what a goal needs, proposes specialist agents, hands each its part and answers quick questions in the chat.
Your agents or Nebula's
Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Gemini CLI or another agent you run and it bills your own plan. Nebula's built-in agents need no setup and are paid for with credits.
Tasks, schedules and monitors
Larger requests become tasks that run in a thread and report back. Tasks can also run on a schedule, and a monitor can be set to watch for a change.
Devices
Agents work on a cloud device or on your own computer with computer use turned on. A subscribed workspace starts with one small cloud device of 2 CPUs and 8 GB RAM.
Connections and apps
Agents act through your Gmail, Slack, GitHub, Notion, Linear, Stripe and other accounts, and MCP servers can be added. Trackers, dashboards and forms can be built by describing them.
