|---|---|---|
| Value for money | BStarter is $9.9 a month billed yearly, or $12.9 monthly, which is cheap on paper. But everything is metered in credits. Starter's 5,000,000 is ten times the Free plan's, and Free works out at about 70 messages on a budget model. Premium, at $19.9, has 15,000,000. | B$25 a seat each month, about what agents in this category cost. That covers unlimited messaging, calls, orchestration and web research, plus one cloud computer. Tasks you hand to Nebula's own agents draw on credits you buy separately, and no plan adds any each month. |
| Free plan and trial | BEvery account gets 500,000 credits a month, about 70 messages on GLM-5.3-Flash, plus 15 MB of storage. GPT-6 Astra, Claude Opus 5.5 and Kimi K3 need a subscription. The open-source community edition is free if you deploy it yourself with your own API keys. | CNo free plan. Every seat gets a 7-day free trial, and the listing doesn't say whether you need a card to start it. After that everyone pays, the owner included. |
| Features | ADescribe an agent in a sentence and it's set up for you. Group several and they work on one task in parallel. Agents run on schedules, write documents together in Pages, build a memory of how you work, and draw on big community marketplaces of skills and MCP servers. | AEach channel holds one goal, with text, voice, video and screen sharing in it. An orchestrator breaks the goal into tasks and can set up specialist agents. Tasks run on a schedule, monitors watch for a change, and agents act through your Gmail, Slack, GitHub and Notion. |
| Ease of use | BYou build an agent by describing it, so on the cloud version there's little to configure. Deploying the community edition yourself is a different job, with Docker and your own keys. There's no rating on record to go by, so a B. | BNebula's own agents need no setup, and you talk to them in a channel like anyone else. It's apps you install, with no rating on record, so a B. One snag: the docs say the Windows installer isn't code-signed yet. |
| Platforms and integrations | AWeb, Mac, Windows, Linux, iPhone and Android, which is the lot. Agents also answer in Slack, Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, WeChat and iMessage. One note from the docs: the desktop app isn't fully offline. | AMac, Windows, Linux, iPhone and Android, plus a command-line app. Agents connect to Gmail, Slack, GitHub, Notion, Linear and Stripe, and you can add MCP servers. The docs point you to the apps, not to a browser version. |
| Best for | teams of agents you can reach from anywhere | teams working in the same chat as their agents |

Who each one suits
LobeHub
- People who want several agents working on scheduled tasks in the cloud
- Reaching agents from Slack, Discord, Telegram or WhatsApp
- Developers who want to self-deploy an agent workspace and use their own API keys
Nebula
- Teams that want agents working in the same chat as the people
- Developers already paying for Claude Code or Codex who want to share them
- Recurring work run as scheduled tasks and monitors
Worth knowing
LobeHub
- Cloud usage is metered in credits that reset monthly; the Free plan's 500,000 credits are about 70 messages on GLM-5.3-Flash.
- GPT-6 Astra, Claude Opus 5.5 and Kimi K3 are marked Subscription required on the Free plan.
- The docs note that the desktop app is not fully offline: cloud models, sync and online tools still need a connection.
- The code uses the LobeHub Community License, based on Apache 2.0: distributing a derivative work needs a commercial license.
Nebula
- There is no free plan: every member, the owner included, needs a $25 seat once the 7-day trial ends.
- No subscription adds credits each month. Tasks by Nebula's own agents and cloud-device time draw on Nebula Credits you top up.
- A subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play covers one seat; adding teammates means moving billing to a card on the web.
- The docs point users to the desktop, mobile and command-line apps rather than a browser version, and say the Windows installer is not yet code-signed.
Key features
LobeHub
- Agent Builder
- Describe the agent you need in a sentence and its name, role, skills and behavior are set up automatically, ready to use or to adjust.
- Agent Groups
- Several agents work on one task as a team: the system picks the agents for the job, runs them in parallel and iterates on the result.
- Skills and MCP marketplaces
- Agents are connected to skills and MCP servers from community marketplaces. The homepage counts more than 334,000 skills and 106,000 MCP servers.
- Messaging channels
- The docs cover channels for Slack, Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, WeChat, iMessage, LINE, Lark, Feishu and QQ, so agents answer in the chat apps you already use.
- Pages, schedules and projects
- Pages are documents written with several agents in a shared context, scheduled tasks run agents at set times, and projects keep related work together.
- Personal memory
- Agents build a structured memory of how you work that you can read and edit. Agent Memory is listed on the Starter plan and above.
Nebula
- Channels
- A channel is one room for a goal, holding its people, agents, calls, tasks and apps. Text, voice and video with screen sharing all happen in the same conversation.
- Orchestrator
- Every workspace has one orchestrator that works out what a goal needs, proposes specialist agents, hands each its part and answers quick questions in the chat.
- Your agents or Nebula's
- Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Gemini CLI or another agent you run and it bills your own plan. Nebula's built-in agents need no setup and are paid for with credits.
- Tasks, schedules and monitors
- Larger requests become tasks that run in a thread and report back. Tasks can also run on a schedule, and a monitor can be set to watch for a change.
- Devices
- Agents work on a cloud device or on your own computer with computer use turned on. A subscribed workspace starts with one small cloud device of 2 CPUs and 8 GB RAM.
- Connections and apps
- Agents act through your Gmail, Slack, GitHub, Notion, Linear, Stripe and other accounts, and MCP servers can be added. Trackers, dashboards and forms can be built by describing them.
