How we grade them

2.2GPAOrdoroFair3.4GPAZoho InventoryVery good
Value for money
DInventory Advanced is $349 a month for 1,000 orders, with no yearly rate listed, and it covers a shop plus an online store. But purchase orders, stocktakes and bills of materials need Premium at $499, the dearest tenth of this category, so counting and reordering stock costs top money.
AStandard covers a shop plus an online store at $29 a month billed yearly ($39 monthly): 500 orders a month, 3 users, 2 locations and 1 Shopify store. That's well under what this category usually charges, though barcodes and stock counts need Premium at $79.
Free plan and trial
CNo free plan for Inventory, but a 15-day free trial with no credit card required. The free plan you may spot is for the separate Shipping app, at 100 labels a month.
CFree for 50 orders a month, 1 user and 1 location, with composite items, dropshipping and one Shopify store. Fine for a side hustle, but a shop and an online store will pass 50 orders a month quickly, and there are no barcodes.
Features
BStock written back to every channel, kitting and bundles, unlimited warehouses with transfers, FBA sync, automation rules, purchase orders and manufacturing orders, plus separate shipping and dropshipping apps. The whole job, though purchasing and stocktakes are Premium only.
BMarketplace and store sync, several warehouses with bins, sales and purchase orders, backorders, dropshipping, shipping labels, and barcodes with serial and batch tracking. That's the whole job, though barcodes, stock counts and batches start on Premium.
Ease of use
CNo store rating on record. You'll connect channels and warehouses and set up order rules before it pays off, and shipping lives in a separate app you set up too.
A4.75 from 1,029 App Store ratings, just into the top band. It also works with Zoho Books and Zoho CRM if you already use them.
Platforms and integrations
BWeb only, with Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, BigCommerce, WooCommerce and QuickBooks Online, and API access on both Inventory plans. No desktop or phone apps listed.
AWeb, Windows, iPhone and Android, with Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, Shopify, WooCommerce, Zoho Books, QuickBooks Online, Xero and carriers like UPS, USPS and FedEx. That's the full spread.
