| Value for money | D$75 a month for three on Standard, paying the year upfront ($25 a head, or $30 on the annual plan billed monthly). That's this category's dearest tenth, for 100 envelopes each a year, so your 240 fit with a little to spare. Web forms, payments and bulk send need Business Pro at $40. | C$120 a person a year on Essentials, $10 a month, right at this category's middle, with 250 envelopes and 10 templates a year. Unlimited sending needs Business at $300 a person a year, and that's sold in 5 licenses or more. |
| Free plan and trial | CNo free plan, but a 30-day free trial, and the listing doesn't say it needs a card. After that even Personal is one user and 5 envelopes a month. | CNo free plan, but a 14-day trial of Essentials with no card needed. The free signing tool on Foxit's site isn't legally binding, so it doesn't count. |
| Features | BTemplates, signing order, an audit trail, reminders and AI summaries for signers, then web forms, payment collection and bulk send on Business Pro. It covers the whole job. SSO, HIPAA and Salesforce wait for the custom Enhanced plans, which a small team won't miss. | BTemplates, signing order, bulk send, Foxit Pay for collecting payment, an online notary, knowledge-based and qualified signatures, unlimited storage, and HIPAA and 21 CFR Part 11 support. It covers the whole job across its plans; the notary costs extra. |
| Ease of use | A4.9 from about 830,000 App Store ratings, the biggest following in this category by miles. Signers don't need an account either, which saves your clients a step. | CThere's an iPhone app but no store rating on record. It's a web app where you set up templates and workflows first, and the team features wait for Business. |
| Platforms and integrations | BWeb, iPhone and Android, with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Dropbox and Box on every plan, and 1,000+ integrations plus the API from Business Pro. There's no desktop app, so it stops at a B. | BWeb, iPhone and Android, with Microsoft Teams, Dynamics, Zapier, WordPress and Salesforce, and you can sign from inside Foxit PDF Editor. No desktop app of its own. |
