How we grade them
| 2.4GPAQuickMailFair | 2.8GPASalesforgeGood | |
|---|---|---|
| Value for money | BUsers are free, but Starter's 1,000 contacts and 5,000 emails won't carry five people, so the team plan is Growth: $99 a month billed monthly, $19.80 a head. That's inside the cheaper quarter, just over the A line, with LinkedIn included. | APro is one user, so five people need Growth, which has unlimited users: $80 a month billed annually, $16 a head. That's under 60% of the cheaper quarter's $32.50, though AI writing and LinkedIn actions draw on monthly credits. |
| Free plan and trial | DNo free plan, and the 14-day trial needs a card. QuickMail says no paid plan starts when the trial ends, which is fair, but a card up front still puts it at D on our scale. | CNo free plan. The 14-day trial gives 50 contacts, 100 emails and one LinkedIn profile, enough to see the AI writing but not a real campaign. |
| Features | BThe whole job: email plus LinkedIn requests, messages, InMail and voice messages in one sequence, replies from both in one inbox, inbox rotation, AI rewording and warm-up through MailFlow. Its deliverability AI swaps weak inboxes out for you. | BThe whole job: email and LinkedIn sequences with profile views, requests and messages, unlimited mailboxes with warm-up and rotation, AI-written first emails and Primebox for replies. Multi-language sequences, A/B tests and AI reply drafts need Growth. |
| Ease of use | CNo App Store rating on record. Inboxes and LinkedIn accounts to connect, through the extension or a 2FA cloud link, before the first campaign goes out. | CNo App Store rating on record. Mailboxes and domains to connect, often bought from separate Forge products, and credits to keep an eye on before sending. |
| Platforms and integrations | BWeb and a browser extension, with Gmail, Outlook, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zapier, Slack, Calendly and Aircall. The API starts at Growth, and webhooks come only with Agency. No phone app on record. | BWeb only, with HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Clay, Make, folk and Claude, plus an API, an MCP server and a command-line tool on Growth. No phone or desktop app on record. |

Key features
QuickMail
- Email and LinkedIn in one campaign
- A sequence can mix email steps with LinkedIn connection requests, messages, InMail and voice messages, and replies from both land in one inbox.
- Inbox rotation
- Add any number of inboxes or LinkedIn accounts to a campaign and QuickMail splits the sending between them, with edits and A/B tests shared across all of them.
- Deliverability AI
- Watches each sender's deliverability and swaps poorly performing inboxes out of a campaign for new ones.
- Reword with AI
- Rewrites outgoing emails so each one reads differently, as an alternative to writing spintax by hand.
- Warm-up and mailboxes
- Every plan includes AutoWarmer through MailFlow, and fully configured Google Workspace mailboxes can be bought inside QuickMail for $3 a month each.
- LinkedIn by extension or cloud
- Connect LinkedIn through the browser extension or a 2FA connection that runs in the cloud while your computer is off. New connections can start a campaign.
Salesforge
- Unlimited mailboxes and warm-up
- Connect as many mailboxes as you need, warm them all up at no extra cost, and let Salesforge rotate sending across mailboxes and IP addresses.
- AI-written first emails
- AI writes a unique opening email per contact from one source such as their LinkedIn profile (1 credit) or from every source in Overdrive mode (2 credits).
- Email and LinkedIn sequences
- Sequences mix emails with LinkedIn profile views, connection requests and messages, paid for with social action credits.
- Primebox
- Replies from every mailbox collect in one inbox, where AI tags each thread by sentiment; Primebox AI on Growth drafts the answers.
- Multi-language sequences
- On Growth, sequences and AI writing work in more than 20 languages, including Spanish, German, French, Japanese and Brazilian Portuguese.
- API, MCP and CLI
- On Growth, an API, a command-line tool and an MCP server let Claude and other AI assistants add contacts and launch sequences.
