• The Free plan stops at 3 members per workspace, 5,000 AI words a month, 7 days of version history and 250 MB of file storage.
• The Business plan, with AI search across tools and the web, is marked as coming soon and takes waitlist sign-ups only.
• Paid plans are charged per member for each workspace, and Saga AI on them is subject to a fair-usage policy.

Capacities

Object types

Every note is a typed object, such as a person, book or project, with its own properties and templates. Objects can be shown as lists, galleries, tables or cards.

Daily notes

One note per day works as an inbox for quick thoughts. Content can also be sent in from WhatsApp, Telegram or by email.

Links, backlinks and graph view

Links between objects work in both directions. A backlinks panel lists every reference to an object, and a graph view draws the whole network.

AI assistant (Pro)

AI chat, property auto-fill and analysis of web links and images, limited by a monthly budget. The Plus add-on raises that budget.

Smart queries, tasks and calendar (Pro)

Pro adds saved queries, task management with actions for apps such as Todoist and Things, and calendar integration for Google, Microsoft, Apple and CalDAV.

Offline mode and web extension

Offline mode lets you open, create and edit content without a connection. A browser extension for Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox saves pages to a space.

Saga

Pages for notes and docs

A block editor for notes and documents with tables, media embeds, equations and an autocomplete menu for blocks, links and mentions.

Automatic linking and references

Saga recognizes what you type and cross-references it with existing pages, and a references view shows the connections across the workspace.

Saga AI

An assistant inside pages and tasks that drafts, rewrites, summarizes, checks grammar, translates into more than 20 languages and answers questions about mentioned pages.

Tasks and kanban view

Tasks created inside notes take assignees, priorities and deadlines, and are collected into one table or a drag-and-drop kanban board.

Real-time collaboration

Members edit pages and tasks together as Admins, Editors or Viewers, and pages or whole workspaces can be made public by link.

Google Drive and Linear integrations

Search and edit information from Google Drive and Linear inside Saga, and open Drive files side by side with pages. Free allows one of the two integrations; Standard includes both.
