• The vendor does not offer refunds, although a plan can be cancelled at any time.
• Desktop file sync works on macOS and Windows only, and the mobile app has no kanban or list view.

• The free guest plan stops at 100 cards, and an account holding more than 100 cards cannot return to it.

Meeting and voice notes

Records meetings and voice notes, transcribes them and keeps the key points. The desktop app detects when a meeting starts and offers to transcribe it.

Canvas, tasks and kanban

An infinite canvas lays out any saved content side by side, and tasks carry priorities, due dates and reminders, with a kanban view for tracking progress.

Cloud drive and publishing

The desktop app mounts Fabric as a drive and streams files on demand, and any space can be published as a link that needs no login to view.

Automatic tagging and typed bookmarks

Saved links are displayed by type, such as article, product, book or recipe, and images are tagged automatically. The Bookmarker plan leaves the AI features out.

Search by keyword, color or image text

Search covers keywords, colors, brands and dates, and image text recognition finds words inside screenshots and other saved images.

Notes and Focus Mode

Quick notes capture ideas and todos, and Focus Mode gives room for longer drafts. Notes accept a set of Markdown shortcuts and can link to other cards.

Reading Mode and article backup

On Mastermind, saved articles are stored in full for reading without ads and stay available even if the original page is deleted.

Spaces and Smart Spaces

Smart Spaces group saved items automatically around a search, theme or tag, while regular Spaces are filled by hand or by a chosen tag.

Browser extension and share sheet

Extensions for Chrome, Brave, Safari and Edge save pages, images and highlighted text, and the iOS and Android apps save through the share menu.
