Key features
Airtime
- Camera for video calls
- A virtual camera that corrects presenter lighting, applies looks with real, blurred or virtual backgrounds, and shows GIFs, visuals and away screens during a call.
- Recorder
- Records the presenter, the screen or both from a browser or the desktop app, in high definition for up to 1 hour, with system audio and simple trimming of the start and end.
- Viewer-controlled playback
- A finished recording is shared as a hosted link or downloaded as an MP4, and the presenter picture can be moved and resized even after publishing.
- Creator presentations
- A desktop suite that places the speaker and slides in one layout, imports .ppt, .key and .pdf files, and records in chapters that can be rearranged and trimmed.
- Stacks for meetings
- Materials are gathered into a stack before a meeting so attendees can scan ahead, go back and zoom on their own, and the stack remains after the call.
- Team administration
- The Team plan adds an admin dashboard, centralized billing and single sign-on with Apple or Google.
Loom
- Screen and camera recording
- Record the screen, the camera or both from the desktop app, the Chrome extension or the mobile apps, then share the video as a link.

- Transcripts and captions
- Transcriptions and closed captions in more than 50 languages, included on the free Starter plan.

- Loom AI
- Business + AI and Enterprise add auto-summaries, auto-chapters and filler-word removal. An AI bug report feature fills in Jira work items from a recording.
