Draft replies in your voice

When Cora has enough context from your email history, it writes a reply and leaves it in your drafts folder for you to review, edit and send.

A chat on the web, also reachable by email, that searches your mail, creates categories and sender rules, and remembers facts and preferences you tell it.

To-do list

A built-in to-do list with priorities and due dates. Emails you send to yourself become to-dos automatically, and any email can be turned into one from its action menu.

CLI and agent access

A command-line tool, in beta for macOS and Linux, exposes the inbox, briefs, rules and to-dos as commands so that AI agents such as Claude Code can read and act on your email.

Writes complete reply drafts in your style, using your signature and context from attachments, calendar and Slack. Drafts are saved to Gmail or Outlook, and follow-up drafts can be prepared after a delay.

AI labels

Built-in labels such as Needs Reply, Waiting, FYI, To Do and Promotion are applied automatically, and you can describe labels of your own for the AI to apply to matching mail.

Rules

Short plain-language instructions, such as which scheduling tool to use or who to CC, that Jace applies when it drafts and acts. Team owners can share a rule with the whole workspace.

A workflow watches for emails that match a description and then drafts replies, creates calendar events, searches the web or updates connected tools such as Notion, Slack and HubSpot.
