How we grade them

Value for money
APremium is $34.99 a year, about $2.92 a month, when the typical planner starts near $8. One subscription covers iPhone, Android and the web. Monthly is $5.99, and twelve of those come to $71.88, so pay yearly if you're staying.
C$17 a user a month if you pay $204 for the year, or $22 month to month. That's the dear end for a planner, where the typical one is about $8. You do get everything on the one plan, with nothing held back for a higher tier.
Free plan and trial
BFree forever, with unlimited tasks and sync across your devices. But repeating tasks, integrations, automation and day templates are all Premium, and those are most of the reason to pick it. The annual plan has a 7-day trial.
CNo free plan. You get 14 days with every feature and no card asked for, which is fair. After that the workspace stops unless you subscribe.
Features
AOne timeline for tasks and events, fed by Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar, Todoist, TickTick, Things 3 and more. Day templates and automations take care of routines, and the Horizon board holds goals for the day, week, month or year.
AA guided daily plan, timeboxing onto Google, Outlook or iCloud calendars, tasks pulled in from Asana, Trello, Jira, Notion, Gmail and Slack, a focus timer with Pomodoro, and a weekly review. That's the whole job, from the start of the day to the end of the week.
Ease of use
BNo App Store rating on record, so a B is our ceiling. The idea is simple enough: one timeline with everything on it. On iPhone, Live Activities show the task you're on without opening the app.
B4.5 from about 500 App Store ratings. The daily routine goes step by step, so you always know what's next: review yesterday, add today's tasks, check the workload, set the order.
Platforms and integrations
AWeb, Mac, Windows, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Android, and it connects to eight calendar and task apps. The downloads page has no Linux app, which is about the only gap.
AWeb, Mac, Windows, Linux, iPhone and Android. It syncs with Google, Outlook and Apple calendars and pulls from Asana, Todoist, Notion, Slack and Gmail, with Zapier and MCP on top.
