• The store also lists two "Unlimited Access" purchases at $8.99 and $49.99 without saying what term or features they cover.
• The App Store listing notes that the app contains advertising.

Motion

• There is no free plan. A card is required for the trial, and Motion's terms say purchases are non-refundable.
• One person pays more than a team seat: Pro AI is $29 a month billed annually for an individual, against $19 per seat for teams.
• AI use is metered: 7,500 credits per seat a month on Pro AI and 15,000 on Business AI, with extra credits charged per 100.
• Gantt charts, time tracking, capacity planning and permissions are limited to Business AI.

Say what you need to do and the assistant builds a schedule for the day or the week from it, without typing each task.

Spoken changes

Plans can be changed by request in everyday phrasing, such as moving a dinner to next Friday, adding 10 minutes to a morning run or shifting several tasks to the weekend.

Calendar and Reminders import

Apple Calendar, Google Calendar and Apple Reminders can be imported so events and to-dos sit in one view. The 1.7.0 release notes describe Google Calendar as import-only.

Timing suggestions

The assistant proposes when to fit in things like a workout or a break, and release notes say it reads free time in the day when placing tasks.

Recurring tasks and categories

Tasks can repeat, carry reminders and be grouped into categories. To-dos without a set time can be reordered by dragging.

Widgets

The App Store version history mentions widgets, which returned in version 1.7.5 and received a further fix in version 1.9.0.

A scheduling engine places tasks into openings on your calendar based on duration, priority and deadlines, and rebuilds the plan as the day changes.

Tasks and projects

Tasks sit inside projects and workspaces, and AI can draft a project and its tasks from a description. Timelines and Gantt charts need Business AI.

Calendar sync

Connects Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook (Office 365 and Exchange Online) and iCloud Calendar. The iCloud connection has a more limited feature set.

Booking links

A shareable link lets other people book meetings based on your real-time availability. You set rules for availability, duration, buffers and limits.

AI Notetaker

Captures transcripts from video calls and drafts summaries and action items, which you approve before they become tasks.

AI Chat and Docs

A chat interface creates items and searches workspace data, and collaborative docs include AI drafting. AI use draws on the plan's monthly credits.
