Connect Google or Outlook calendar and a notetaker joins Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams calls, then returns a transcript with speakers identified, a summary and action items.

In-person recording on a phone

The iPhone and Android apps record a conversation in the room with one tap and upload it for transcription. Recording works offline and syncs when the phone is back online.

Transcription, subtitles and translation

Uploaded audio and video are transcribed in more than 150 languages, and the same files can be subtitled and translated. Each paid plan includes a monthly allowance of AI minutes.

Human proofreading

Transcripts can be sent for human proofreading at a per-minute rate, listed from $2.00 a minute, on top of the AI subscription.

Exports, imports and API

Exports include DOCX, TXT, SRT and MP4, and files can be imported from YouTube, Vimeo, Google Drive, Box and Dropbox. Zapier and an API connect it to other tools.

Bot or bot-free meeting recording

A bot can join Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Webex calls. Notta Desktop, a beta app for Mac and Windows, records from the device instead, so nothing joins the call.

Live transcription in 58 languages

Transcribes speech as it happens and labels speakers. Notta lists 58 languages for transcription and translation, with a bilingual mode for two languages at once.

AI Notes

Generates a summary and action items for each recording. The monthly quota is 10 summaries on Free, 100 on Pro and 200 on Business.

Notta Brain

Answers questions across past meetings and builds slides, documents and infographics from them. It runs on AI credits: every plan includes 1,000 a month, and a paid add-on provides 8,000 a month.

File and link transcription

Upload audio or video files, or paste a YouTube link, and get a transcript. Uploads are capped at 50 a month on Free, 100 on Pro and 200 on Business.

Screen recording

Records the screen with audio and camera, and a Chrome extension captures audio from a browser tab. Recording online meetings with video needs the Business plan.
