| Value for money | DStartup is $19 a recorder seat a month billed yearly, $29 monthly, which is the dearest tenth of this category, and the coaching, scoring and forecasting everyone comes for are $29 a seat extra on top. Viewers don't pay, which softens it a little. | DPro is $32 a licence a month billed yearly, $40 monthly, well past where this category's dearest tenth starts. And the bits in its own tagline, CRM auto-complete and coaching, need Business at $60, booked through a sales demo. People who only watch get free Basic seats, which helps a bit. |
| Free plan and trial | CNo free plan at all. There's a 14-day trial of the Organization plan with every add-on switched on and no card needed, and when it ends the account drops to a viewer role that can't record a thing. | CBasic is free, but it's a taster: 10 recordings per user and 300 minutes in total, not per month, kept for 3 months. That's five hour-long calls and you're through it. |
| Features | ABeyond any notetaker here: Zoom, Meet, Teams, Webex and GoToMeeting with or without a bot, transcription in 70-plus languages, notes from MEDDIC and SPICED templates, notes filed to the right Salesforce or HubSpot record, and scheduling links in the same product. | BIt covers the job: Zoom, Meet and Teams recorded with or without a bot, meetings in the room on your phone even when it's locked or offline, summaries, transcripts in 99+ languages, and on Business CRM fields filled in and reps scored. There's an MCP server for Claude too. |
| Ease of use | CNo rating on record, and there's real homework before anyone records: recorder seats against viewer seats, three base plans and four add-ons, all of which every recording user in the account has to share. | CNo rating on record, and there's setting up to do: sync a calendar so recording starts by itself, pick bot or no bot, and on Business map your CRM fields and write the coaching framework. Business itself starts with a sales demo. |
| Platforms and integrations | AWeb, Mac, Windows, iPhone, Android and a browser extension, connecting to Zoom, Meet, Teams, Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Slack and Aircall, with API access and webhooks from the Organization plan. | AWeb, a Mac recorder, iPhone, Android and a Chrome extension, hooked into Zoom, Meet, Teams, Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Notion and Claude. Windows people get the extension or the bot rather than a desktop app, and the API is Enterprise only. |
| Best for | sales teams that log every call to a CRM | sales teams that want call notes in the CRM |
