| Value for money | CStartup is $19 a recorder seat a month billed yearly, or $29 monthly, well above the $10 or so this category usually starts at. Call scoring, coaching and forecasting are add-ons at $29 a seat on top. One thing in its favour: people who only watch, read or comment don't pay. | CStarter is $15 a seat a month on the yearly plan, $19 monthly. That's the dear end of a category that typically starts near $10, and HubSpot, Salesforce and coaching need Business at $29. One thing in its favour: only people who record pay, and viewers are free. |
| Free plan and trial | CNo free plan. There's a 14-day trial of the Organization plan with every add-on switched on and no credit card needed. When it ends, your account drops to a viewer role that can't record new meetings. | BUnlimited meetings with AI notes, action items and the bot-free desktop capture. But each meeting is cut off at 45 minutes, you only keep 30 days of history, and there are no file uploads. |
| Features | AIt records Zoom, Meet, Teams, Webex and GoToMeeting with or without a bot, transcribes in more than 70 languages, and writes notes from built-in templates such as MEDDIC and SPICED. Notes save to the right record in Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive or Copper, and scheduling links are included. | AIt records Zoom, Meet, Teams, Webex and Slack huddles, with a bot or through a desktop app with no bot. You get notes and next steps, answers from your whole meeting library with citations, clips and highlight reels, and an MCP server and API for AI tools. |
| Ease of use | BNotes land on the CRM record with no manual entry, which is the whole point. But it's a team product, with seat types, base plans and add-ons to work out first. There's no rating on record to go by, so a B. | BEach meeting gets a summary, next steps and a recap without you asking. There's no rating on record to show how people get on with it, so it stops at a B. |
| Platforms and integrations | AWeb, Mac, Windows, iPhone, Android and a browser extension. It connects to Zoom, Meet, Teams, Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Slack and Aircall. API access and webhooks start on the Organization plan. | BWeb, Mac and Windows, with Slack, Zapier, Aircall, an API and an MCP server, and HubSpot and Salesforce on Business. But no iPhone or Android app is listed: the download page offers Mac and Windows only. |
