Mobile app for in-person meetings

CRM, ATS and VoIP sync

Meeting bot for online calls

Add invite@sally.io to a calendar invite or connect a calendar, and Sally joins Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom and Webex calls. The bot's name and avatar can be changed to match your company.

Phone app for in-person meetings

The iOS and Android app records a conversation from a phone on the table, then returns a transcript and summary. Audio and video files can also be uploaded for transcription.

Transcription in 103 languages

Transcripts support a custom vocabulary for jargon and product names. Stated accuracy rises by plan: up to 90.3% on Starter, 94.1% on Pro and 98.8% on Enterprise.

Summaries by meeting type

Each summary highlights topics, decisions and tasks, and a chosen meeting type shifts the focus, for example to objections in a sales call. Pro adds custom meeting types and prompts.

Ask questions about a single meeting or a folder of meetings and get answers from the transcripts. Chat across all meetings at once is an Enterprise feature.
