Value for money
DGrowth starts at $56 a month, billed annually, and that buys 100 responses a month. At 1,500 responses it's $289. The monthly Starter plan is $89 for the same 100, with $0.39 to $0.89 for each response over. Webhooks and the Export API need Pro, from $349.
CBasic is $28 a month billed yearly, $39 monthly, which is about the going rate. But it buys 100 responses a month and 1 user. For 1,000 responses and no Typeform branding you need Plus at $56. That's thin next to rivals that don't count responses at all.
Free plan and trial
CNo free plan. The 10-day trial needs no card, but it stops at 25 survey responses and 100 data points, so it's a look around more than a proper run.
BThe free plan has unlimited typeforms, logic and embedding, but it collects just 10 responses a month across all your forms. That's a demo more than a plan. The only trial is 14 days of Growth Flow, and that one wants a credit card.
Features
ASurveys by email and link, as website pop-ups, inside a web product, in kiosk mode or in iOS and Android apps through an SDK, on every plan. The Research Hub pulls in support tickets, reviews and call transcripts and answers questions about them in a chat.
ABranching, variables, scores and price calculations decide what each person sees. Paid plans add video questions and answers, Stripe payments, signatures and Calendly booking. Question drop-off rates start on Business.
Ease of use
BA web app with no App Store rating on record, so a B is as high as we go. AI drafts the questions from a goal on every plan, so you're not writing a survey from scratch.
