|---|---|---|
| Value for money | CLite is $83 a month billed yearly at $999, or $145 monthly, for 40 meetings a month. Unlimited meetings cost $395 a month. Rivals it lists as alternatives start at $10 to $25, with only Clara near it at $80. | BBasic is $4 a month billed yearly ($48), with 2 sync connections and 10 scheduling pages. Cheap, but that's one pair of calendars synced both ways. Three calendars need 6 connections, which means Premium at $8, about typical for this category. |
| Free plan and trial | BFree forever, with the email and Slack agents and 15 scheduled meetings a month. That's enough to see if you trust it. The proactive agent that watches for conflicts and trips is left out. Every plan also starts with a 30-day trial, no card. | CThe pricing pages list no free plan. You get a 7-day trial with no credit card required, and then it's a paid plan or nothing. |
| Features | AIt does one job, getting a meeting booked, and does all of it: proposing times, weighing required against optional guests, following up on people who haven't replied and rescheduling. You choose how much it does alone, from review-everything to autopilot. | ASyncing is the job and it's done fully: every detail, just a busy block or something between, with events excluded by colour or category. Plans add booking pages, one calendar view for all accounts and, from Premium, an AI assistant you CC on email. |
| Ease of use | BNo App Store rating exists, because there's no app. You connect a Google or Microsoft calendar, then just add Blockit to a thread or @mention it in Slack. Nothing new to learn, but nothing on record to prove it either. | BWe have no App Store rating on record, so a B is the ceiling. You do have to count connections before you pick a plan: each direction between two calendars is one, which takes a minute to get your head round. |
| Platforms and integrations | BIt lives in email and Slack and is managed on the web, with Google Calendar, Outlook, Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams connected. No mobile or desktop apps are listed. | AWeb, iPhone and Android, across Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Outlook and iCloud, with Zoom, Meet, Teams and Stripe. An MCP server lets Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor manage events and syncs. iCloud syncs every 5 to 10 minutes, not in real time. |

Key features
Blockit
- Email and Slack agents
- Add Blockit to an email thread, message it in Slack or @mention it in a channel. It works out a time with the other side and sends the invite with a video link.
- Group scheduling
- For colleagues it reads shared calendars directly, and for outside guests it proposes times. Required and optional attendees are weighed differently.
- Preferences and memory
- It applies saved meeting templates, rules you have stated once, the blocks you hold and which meetings are allowed to move.
- Adjustable autonomy
- You pick how much it does alone, from reviewing every invite before it sends to full autopilot, and can set this per person or per meeting type.
- Reschedules and follow-ups
- It reworks a meeting when someone declines or asks to push it, follows up with people who have not replied, and hands the decision back when it is yours to make.
- Autoblocking
- When the other person also uses Blockit, the agent can see both calendars and books the meeting without an exchange of emails.
CalendarBridge
- Real-time calendar syncing
- When an event is created or changed on one calendar, a matching event is created or updated on the others. The pricing page says Google and Outlook events typically update in under a minute.
- Control over what is copied
- Sync every detail, only a busy block, or something in between. Events can be excluded by color or category, and copies can carry an identifier or a color that shows their source.
- Scheduling pages
- Every plan includes up to 10 booking pages that check availability across connected calendars, with buffers, daily limits and minimum notice. Stripe can be connected to take payment at booking.
- Unified calendar
- View and edit events from all connected calendars in one place on the web, iPhone and Android. The number of calendars shown at once is 4, 12 or 24 depending on the plan.
- AI Scheduling Assistant
- On Premium and Pro, you CC or forward an email thread to the assistant; it proposes times from your availability, follows rules written in plain English and books the meeting.
- Group licensing and MCP server
- Group accounts put 2 or more users on one bill and can mix user licenses with admin-managed sync licenses. An MCP server lets agents such as Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor manage events and syncs.
