Value for money
BStandard is $10 a seat a month billed yearly, the same starting price as SavvyCal and Reclaim, where Cal.com asks $12. Round-robin and Salesforce sync need Teams at $16, and Notetaker needs a Plus plan, with Teams Plus at $24.
BPro is $15 a user a month billed annually, $19 monthly, for the email assistant and unlimited booking links. More than a plain booking tool, but fair next to the other AI assistants we list as its alternatives. Each team member is billed separately.
Free plan and trial
BFree forever, with unlimited meetings. But it's one event type, one calendar connection and one-on-one meetings only. Enough for a single booking link. New users get two weeks of Teams Plus first, then drop to Free.
BFree Forever keeps 1 booking link that checks 1 calendar, plus a daily agenda and event reminders. The email assistant, the reason you came, is only a 7-day trial with 3 free meetings. No credit card needed for that, at least.
Features
ABooking pages, group and round-robin events, lead routing, automated reminders, and Stripe or PayPal payments at booking. Notetaker records and recaps Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams calls. There's a REST API with webhooks too.
BThe assistant schedules, reschedules, cancels and follows up by email, and the booking link can chat with whoever's booking. From Pro it works by text, WhatsApp and Slack. But Microsoft Teams messaging is still marked coming soon, and custom assistants need Premium.
Ease of use
A4.8 from about 55,000 App Store ratings. Set up an event type, share the link, and the invitee picks a time. They don't need an account or a seat to book.
BThere's nothing to learn: CC the assistant on a thread and carry on with your day. There's no rating on record to show how people get on with it, so it stops at a B.
Platforms and integrations
AWeb, iPhone and Android, extensions for Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari, and add-ins for Outlook, Gmail and LinkedIn. It syncs with Salesforce and HubSpot and has a REST API.
BIt works through email, text, WhatsApp and Slack, with a web dashboard behind it. It connects to Google and Microsoft calendars, Gmail, Zoom, Google Meet and Teams video. No mobile or desktop apps are listed.

  • Round-robin scheduling, lead routing and Salesforce sync need Teams; SSO is an add-on on Teams and built into Enterprise.

  • Enterprise starts at $15k per year and 50 seats and is billed in USD only.

Skej

  • After the 7-day trial the free plan has no email assistant: it keeps 1 booking link, a daily agenda and event reminders.

Key features

Calendly

Event types and booking pages
Set up event types and share a link so invitees choose a time from your availability. Free allows one event type; paid plans allow unlimited.
Team scheduling
Group and collective events come with Standard. Round-robin distribution and centrally managed event types start on Teams.
Routing and CRM sync
Teams adds lead qualification and routing along with Salesforce sync. HubSpot connects from the Standard plan.
Automations and payments
Standard and above send automated reminders and can take payment at booking through Stripe or PayPal.
Notetaker and Callie
Notetaker joins Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams calls to record, transcribe and recap them. Callie is a beta AI assistant that schedules over email. Both come with the Plus plans.
Apps, extensions and API
iOS and Android apps, extensions for Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari, add-ins for Outlook, Gmail and LinkedIn, website embeds, and a REST API with webhooks.

Skej

Email assistant
CC your assistant on any email thread and it finds times, books the meeting and later handles reschedules, changes and cancellations. Paid plans only.
Booking link with live chat
A booking page where the assistant can chat with the invitee to settle on a time. Free Forever includes 1 link; paid plans have unlimited links.
Assistant personalities
Choose from 12 named assistants, each with its own tone, such as Lexy or Hubert. Creating a custom assistant needs the Premium plan.
Automatic follow-ups
The assistant keeps following up with people who have not answered until the meeting is booked.
Texting, WhatsApp and Slack
From Pro, the assistant can also be reached by text message and WhatsApp and added to Slack. Microsoft Teams messaging is marked as coming soon.
Scheduling rules
Working hours, buffers, daily limits and holidays apply on every plan. Paid plans check several calendars for conflicts; the free plan checks one.
