Who each one suits

Cal.com

  • Solo users who want unlimited event types without paying
  • Developers adding scheduling to their own product
  • Organizations that need SAML SSO, SCIM and compliance attestations

OnceHub

  • Sales and service teams that qualify leads before booking

Worth knowing

Cal.com

  • The free plan is limited to 1 user; shared team availability and round-robin scheduling need the Teams plan.
  • Cal.com announced in April 2026 that its production code was going closed source. The open-source edition is now Cal.diy, without Teams, Organizations, Workflows or SSO.
  • Cal.com recommends Cal.diy for personal, non-production use only; self-hosting the commercial product requires an enterprise license from sales.
  • SAML SSO, SCIM and sub-teams start on the Organizations plan at $28 per user / month, billed yearly.

OnceHub

  • The free Basic plan is limited to one user, one connected calendar and one booking link.
  • Round-robin distribution and routing forms start on Route at $19 per seat / month; chatbots need Engage at $39.
  • SSO, SCIM provisioning and HIPAA BAAs come in a Security and Compliance add-on at $5 per seat / month (annual) on top of a paid plan.
  • Text notifications require SMS credits, and each plan includes only 1 to 3 phone numbers.

OnceHub

Booking pages and hubs
A visual designer builds booking pages with availability by location, approval before confirmation and multilingual journeys. Hubs gather several calendars behind one link.
Routing forms
From the Route plan, forms screen visitors and route them by their answers or contact properties, with the time picker shown inside the form.
Meeting distribution
Route assigns hosts dynamically by round robin, maximum availability or priority, can assign a booking to the contact's CRM owner, and supports meeting reassignment.
Phone agents
Paid plans include dedicated booking phone numbers where AI agents screen callers and book them using the account's existing scheduling rules. Extra numbers cost $4 a month.
Web chatbots
On Engage, chatbots answer visitor questions from your knowledge sources, route by AI or rules, and hand off to live chat or an instant meeting.
Integrations, API and MCP
Google, Microsoft 365, Exchange and iCloud calendars, five video tools and an MCP server for AI assistants are on every plan. Paid plans add CRM sync, Stripe, APIs and webhooks.
