|---|---|---|
| Value for money | AIt's free. The site calls itself 100% free and lists no paid plan at all, so there's nothing to weigh up. | BPro is $6 a seat a month billed yearly, which is $72, or $10 paid monthly. About typical for the category. It buys polls that are kept for good, branding, team spaces, an API and webhooks. Most people won't need it. |
| Free plan and trial | AThe whole thing is free, and guests can answer without an account. A free account adds a Google or Outlook calendar connection, editing and notifications. The price you pay is ads: the cookie notice says marketing cookies are used for them. | AThe Hobby plan has unlimited polls and participants, with no card and no time limit. Most people could stay on it. The one catch: a poll is deleted once its dates have passed and it's had no activity for 30 days. |
| Features | BOne job, done fully: pick dates and hours, share a link, and everyone's availability is overlaid. You can see your own calendar under the grid and cap the meeting length. The One on One type is still labelled beta, and only registered users can edit a meeting. | BOne job, done fully: polls with three-way votes, times shown in each voter's own time zone, and a calendar invite emailed out when you finalize. Pro can hide votes and track who opened an invite. But its site describes no booking pages at all. |
| Ease of use | BNothing to install, and your guests don't have to sign up to answer. Hard to make it simpler. We have no App Store rating on record to go by, so it stops at a B. | BYou can create a poll and vote on one without signing up, so there's nothing in anyone's way. Self-hosting means Docker, but that's optional. No rating on record to go by, so a B. |
| Platforms and integrations | BIt's a web page, so it opens on anything with a browser, and it connects to Google Calendar and Outlook. The site lists no phone or desktop app. | BA web app with no phone or desktop app. It adds Google Meet or Microsoft Teams links, and Pro has an API and webhooks. You can also run it on your own server with Docker Compose. |

Key features
LettuceMeet
- Availability polls shared by link
- Pick a range of dates or a single day and the hours to choose between, then share the meeting link. Everyone's availability is overlaid so the best slot is easy to spot.
- Guest responses
- People can continue as a guest to add their availability without signing up. An email address given by a guest is used only for updates about that meeting.
- Google and Outlook calendar connection
- Registered users can connect a Google or Outlook calendar to see their events underneath the grid while filling in availability. LettuceMeet says it never stores event information.
- Group and one-on-one meetings
- A meeting is created as Group, for three or more people, or as One on One, for the organizer and one other person. The One on One type is labelled beta.
- Meeting length limit
- An advanced option limits the scheduled meeting time to a set length, from 30 minutes to 3 hours in half-hour steps.
- Profile and notifications
- With an account, meetings you created or responded to are listed under your profile and can be changed later, and you are notified when someone responds or a meeting is scheduled.
Rallly
- Scheduling polls
- Propose several times, share one link, and collect a yes, if need be or no vote for each option. Results show at a glance which time suits the most people.
- No account needed
- Polls can be created and voted on without signing up. A free account adds poll management from any device and notifications when people respond.
- Time zones and finalizing
- Participants see timed options in their own time zone. Finalizing a poll locks in the chosen time and emails participants a calendar invite.
- Advanced poll settings
- Pro can require participant emails, hide participant names and votes, send personal invite links that track opens and responses, and duplicate existing polls.
- Branding and teams
- Pro shows your logo and brand colors, hides the Powered by Rallly line, and lets a team manage polls together in a shared space with central billing.
- API, webhooks and self-hosting
- Pro includes an API for creating polls and reading results, plus webhooks. The same codebase can be self-hosted through a Docker Compose stack.
