- Projects and tasks nest to any depth and take color-coded tags, priorities, checklists and flexible repeat rules. Basic allows 10 projects with 5 sections each.
- Calendar and Google Calendar
- Day, week and month calendar views and two-way Google Calendar integration are part of Pro and Elite. Basic can connect web calendars for viewing only.
- Habit tracker
- Habits are checked off daily, with streaks and reminders. Basic tracks up to 3 habits, and the paid plans have no limit.
- Pomodoro timer and stopwatch
- A built-in focus timer and a stopwatch can be attached to a task, with time statistics by task, project and tag.
