How we grade them

Value for money
BPremium is $4.99 a month billed annually, about the going rate for a paid to-do app. Teams costs the same per member and Family is $8.33 a month for 4 people. Pay month by month and Premium jumps to $7.99.
BPro is $3.33 a month billed annually, or $3.99 monthly, which is right around what paid to-do apps typically start at. It buys sync, unlimited projects and habits, and the calendar view. Notes and Kanban boards wait for Elite at $4.17.
Free plan and trial
BThe Personal plan is free for good, with tasks, lists, reminders, the calendar, the daily planner and sync. But recurring tasks, colour tags and location reminders are left out, and a to-do list without repeats gets tight fast.
BBasic is free for good, but it's built for one device: no sync, no cloud backup and no sharing. It also stops at 10 projects, 5 sections a project, 3 habits and one reminder per task. Fine for a look, tight for living in.
Features
ATasks and calendar events side by side, a planner that asks what you'll get done today, and tasks made inside WhatsApp. Families get a grocery list grouped by aisle. Teams get boards with kanban, table and Gantt views, automations and 100+ templates.
AProjects that nest as deep as you like, tags, checklists, flexible repeats, day, week and month calendars with two-way Google Calendar, habits with streaks, and a Pomodoro timer you can attach to a task. There's an AI assistant that can plan your day too.
Ease of use
A4.6 from about 50,500 App Store ratings. The personal app is lists, reminders and a calendar in one place, kept in step between phone, desktop and web.
BIt's an app you install and use, with no accounts to wire together. But it packs tasks, habits, a calendar and a timer into one place, and there's no rating on record to tell us how that lands with people. So a B.
Platforms and integrations
AWeb, Mac, Windows, iPhone, Android and a browser extension. It connects to WhatsApp, Google Calendar, Gmail, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Zapier. No Linux app is listed.
AiPhone, Android, Windows, Mac, Linux and the web. That's the full set, and Linux is rare around here. It links to Google Calendar and Telegram, and Elite can plug in local Ollama models. The AI assistant is listed for desktop and web only.
