  • Text message reminders come only with the Family plan, go only to US numbers and are not part of Organizations.

Key features

Agenda Hero

Magic event creation
Type or paste text, or upload a screenshot, photo or PDF, and Magic returns structured events. One request can produce many events, and every field can be edited before saving.
Add to Google, Apple and Outlook
Events can be sent to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook or Office 365, or emailed to yourself as an invite. This is included on every plan, Free included.
Shareable, printable calendars
Dates builds a calendar page with a choice of views, colors and layouts that resizes for print and for phones, and that collaborators can edit together.
Sources and feeds
On Plus and above, a calendar can pull in Google Calendar, TeamSnap, GameChanger or any ICS feed, and hide the events from a feed that do not apply to you.
Text message reminders
The Family plan can schedule text reminders to one, some or all of the six people on the plan. The pricing page limits these to US numbers.
Chrome extension and AI connector
A Chrome extension converts selected text on a web page into events, and an MCP connector lets Claude or ChatGPT read your calendars and add, change or remove events.

Teamup

Sub-calendars and folders
A master calendar is split into color-coded sub-calendars that can be grouped into folders, and one event can be assigned to several sub-calendars.
12 calendar views
The same events can be shown in 12 views, among them Timeline, Scheduler, Table and Year, alongside the usual day, week and month layouts.
Nine permission levels
The calendar administrator sets one of 9 access levels for each user or group, and event details can be hidden from read-only users.
Sharing without accounts
A calendar can be shared through links that need no user account, and any single event can be published as a stand-alone web page.
Custom event fields
Events can carry custom text, choice and number fields: 1 on Free and Plus, up to 10 on Pro, 20 on Business and 50 on Enterprise.
iCalendar feeds and API
Inbound .ics feeds pull in other calendars, refreshed every 12 hours on Free and every 5 minutes on Enterprise. An API is documented for developers.
